our two pit bull mixes loved their experience at Sirius Pet. We will be back for sure. We were in the market for a new groomer and this place is wonderful. read more

rushed from the city after getting off work to run home get my dog and make 10:00 appointment that was confirmed. 10:07 no one has shown up place is closed. Horrible customer service don't even bother trying to use them. read more

We tried this groomer for the first time and it was ok service. I asked for blue on my dog and my dog looked nice and clean. I usually leave a decent tip since it's lots of work. The 2nd time we made an appointment for our dog, I texted the groomer I was running late. She stated "take your time." My husband got there 30 minutes late and once the lady saw my husband, she texted him we have to reschedule. Kinda rude to say it's ok then cancel. Wish the groomer was honest. read more

Everyone has already said how great Rachel is at her craft but I'd like to add a little tangent ... It's a quite low key experience for my dog Jimmy ... After all these years I'm thinking my dogs actually liked being groomed but didn't like the chaos ... Rachel is Great ! read more

Rachel has groomed my sweet pup twice. She did a great job both times. Things I like about Rachel and her business: - Rachel is very warm and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable leaving my puppers with her, which is saying a lot, as my pup is a bit "sensitive" (okay, it's actually me who's sensitive). - She responds to requests quickly (including Request A Quote messages sent via Yelp), and has been able to accommodate us same-day. - Her prices are very reasonable ($60 for a bath and cut for my small dog). - She's quick! Today she groomed my doggo in about an hour. I definitely recommend her for your grooming needs! read more

I was referred to Rachel by my previous groomer. It was said she was great, and I agree. The boys were shy at first but by the time they came home they were their happy yappy selves. There was great care given to my older guy who had a couple of special issues, and they're both super handsome now. We will be back for sure! read more

We took our 2 year old Golden Retriever to Rachel today and I'm so glad that we did! This was our first time having our dog professionally groomed and it is well worth it with Rachel. She has such a kind and calming presence, and she clearly knows what she is doing. She listened to us explain what we wanted and she delivered. My dog has never looked (or smelled) better. Rachel's service also stand out since she only takes one dog at a time so does not need to use crates. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Rachel! read more

Rachel fit us in for a last minute full service bath and cut for my rescued shihtzu/ terror mix. He does not do well when he's anxious, but Rachel had him at ease and was finished with him in about an hour. When my husband arrived to pick him up, he was on Rachel's lap happily being pet. He's now sporting the short cut we requested, and so much happier for it. Thank you Rachel! read more

I am very happy after taking my cat in for a grooming session. I have never taken a cat to a groomer but this is my first long haired cat. I was nervous about what to expect. I knew I didn't want a lion cut for her but I also knew some of her fur needed to go! She's been shedding all over the house. Rachel did an *amazing* job. The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze. I made my appointment online, confirmed everything with text and email, and the appointment itself was efficient and just what I wanted. They text you a 20 min heads up to let you know when your pet will be ready. Super happy and will definitely come back. Thank you! read more

Rachel does a wonderful job grooming our medium size terrier mix. Being a rescue, our pup gets very scared and unhappy being in crates or cages so I will not take him to a groomer where he will be crated while he waits for grooming and to be picked up - I love that Rachel here does only one doggy at a time, so there is none of that!! She is very quick (less than an hour) and does a fantastic job. My dog hates baths and grooming but he seemed perfectly happy when I picked him up. She cut his hair exactly the way I asked and her prices are very reasonable. Never going anywhere else as long as Rachel is around! read more

My first time at this pet grooming place and it was great. My Miniature Australian Shepherd got a full haircut, bath (etc.) from Rachel and he looks amazing!! She was super nice and definitely knew what she was talking about. We asked for him to be cut a little shorter than normal for the summer and we love how he turned out! My dog is very shy but warmed up to her well. Great place!! P.S. He also received a bow on his head read more

Five stars for sure! I am a local dog trainer, and have been working with a dog that has some aversion body handling. Love this place! I've tried 3 places prior to coming to Sirius. Two were not good and the third one was hard to get appointments with. Thanks to my friend, Steph, for recommending! I've been taking my dog to Rachel for almost a year now and very happy with the service. My dog is a bit timid and scared of many things including groomers, but seems to be more at ease here than other places. I love that Rachel does one dog at a time so I am not leaving my dog for hours all day and having her locked in a cage waiting to be groomed. This location is always clean and during Covid, has reduced human contact for drop off, pick up and payment for the safety of everyone. Rachel does a great job grooming my dog exactly as I ask and is great at communicating by text for appointment updates, questions etc. I have been to several groomers over the years and end up looking for another one after feeling my dog isn't handled with the best care. I am so happy to have found Rachel who seems to be a good fit for my dog and great at communicating about the process. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about the dog and does a good job. Unfortunately as word gets out how great this grooming service is, appointments will be harder to book so contact her early! read more

Great discovery! After feeling dissatisfied with the results we were getting with other groomers, I am so happy we found Sirius Pet Grooming. You know when you take your dog to the vet and s/he KNOWS and starts dragging their feet? Sometimes, my standard poodle would do that with groomers. She does NOT do that with Rachel. Poodle came out with a beautiful cut and happy as a clam. Thank you, Rachel! read more

Rachel and Alex are fantastic with my wiggly 60 lb puppy! I could never cut her nails by myself but Rachel was quick to snip a nail while Alex and I distracted her. From the minute I stepped foot in their place they have been extremely accommodating to my puppy's needs and my requests. I've never taken my dogs to a groomer because I was always able to either snip or dremel all of their nails. I can't imagine how anyone could top Sirius Pet Grooming. I'm totally spoiled now and won't go anywhere else! I highly recommend them!! Definitely 5 plus stars!! read more
