One wouldn't expect to find good Thai food in this area, but this place wildly exceeded my expectations. Apparently the other location is just as good as well. Overall this place was newer and had some very basic but tasteful decor. Service was great, and we got our food pretty fast. Wow, what a delicious place to have some spicy Thai coconut shrimp soup. The spring rolls are a must have if you're going to pick any appetizer on the menu. I was not a super fan of the. chicken skewers however they were super sweet to replace it for me when I didn't like it. The staff is super friendly, but make sure you check the times whenever you go to eat there because they have a specific times of when they open and close and if you go at 2:30 you're probably not going to conceded make sure you check the times. It's never super busy whenever I go in and they're always super fast to see us with plenty of seating available . The menu is it huge, but it has enough to keep your belly full and happy. If you haven't been here and even if you haven't been here, make sure you stop by and get yourself something delicious especially as this cold weather starts to sit in. Nice little restaurant, clean inside and the waitress was very nice. We ordered a mild chicken pad Thai and a medium chicken pad thai. They both taste great with a good sweet heat flavor and they don't hold back on portion size with plenty of bean sprouts and peanuts which we love. The heat def intensifies when going from mild to medium. We also tried the pot stickers and calamari, both were very good. We would highly recommend this place and will be returning soon. read more

On all occasions, no one answered. On all occasions, we went by the location to try and order in person. Two of the times we called in, the location was closed due to "family matters." Yet, on every online source they were marked as "OPEN." The other FIVE times we called ahead to order (no one answered), drove by their establishment... andddd guess what CLOSED! Yet, they have themselves listed as "OPEN" through all online services they use. We are from California and appreciate worldly foods. The food is good, but no better than an average Thai restaurant. I would say that the service is good here, since I have had good table service here before, but they have so much turnover there is a great deal of inconsistency. Last night, I got takeout. Obviously, the management does not take care of the employees, as they have instituted a suggested tip system that proves this fact. I don't mind tipping a dollar for takeout, but if I drive myself all the way to your restaurant to get a meal and eat it at home. Can't support this, and crossing this place off my list. My mom, friends and I eat at Sirin quite a lot. The food always tastes fresh and good. I have never had a bad meal there. From the appetizers to the main course. This was the first place my Mom ever ate Thai and she went straight for the green curry and was hooked. Service is always on point with friendly and accommodating wait staff. The only negative I have with Sirin (over by University Ridge) is the seating isn't very comfortable. Doesn't stop us from frequenting the restaurant, however. read more

I have eaten here 10+ times but they are super slack on the chicken about 2oz of chicken for a chicken fried rice big plate (less than a 60lb kid would eat) and mostly fried rice. I still continue to go here because the taste is so good but the hours are obviously terrible and it's very common for them to have "family issues" written on their front door and not be open when they say they are. For this I can not go over a 3 star. Especially the amount of chicken they give I was even shocked when I paid for extra chicken. Ordered a hot pad Thai and it was hot to the point of being inedible. I asked for one not hot this time and was still charged half for it. She asked if I wanted the hot one and I said no, but was still charged after they threw it away. As someone who works in the industry, that was just ridiculous. was excited to see some new food options in the publix shopping center by furman, so had to check it out! the restaurant is very nice inside, and there is lots of convenient parking. i ordered the green curry with chicken, pineapple fried rice, and thai iced tea. i ordered to go and was pleasantly surprised by the fact it was PIPING hot when i got my order and was already ready when i got there, not lukewarm like most takeout orders. by the time i got home it was still hot and i actually had to let it cool for a while before i could eat at it. however, it was quite awkward picking it up as i had to maneuver by tables where people were eating/being served inside and was in the way of waiters whilst waiting for my order. i felt like i was disrupting people's meal. the portion sizes were very generous, which slightly made up for the fact it was quite expensive seeing as i was able to make a few meals out of it. overall, the flavor and spice of the food was amazing! but sadly i was a bit disappointed by the lack of chicken and pineapple in the curry and rice, there were probably only two pieces of pineapple in the whole container and maybe 3 pieces of chicken in the curry. the thai tea was quite watery and lacking in flavor, it tasted like sweet iced tea with creamer in it, not like the traditional thai tea i've had in the past and i wouldn't order it again. overall, i'll probably return due to the convenient location, but i've definitely had better thai-especially considering the high price point this place had. i'd like to try eating inside next time and see if that experience is any better! read more
