Due to an unexpected…read moreaccident that temporarily left me unable to drive, I forgot to pick up a batch of business cards I had already paid a deposit toward. I fully take responsibility for that. However, when I returned, both the man and woman working there were insensitive, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told several calls had been made and that the cards had been thrown away because they are "not a storage facility." My number has not changed, and I never received any calls. My email was also available, yet no attempt was made to contact me that way. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service goes both ways. A credit toward a new order or simply handling the situation with professionalism and compassion would have gone a long way. You don't have to like every customer, but respect and professionalism should never be overlooked. How a business treats people during difficult times says a lot about its values.

I didn't hear back for two days, and then I called the store. I was not able to get a quote until they had my usb drive. I was providing them the card stock to print on and was cutting them myself.... They quoted me at $253! I was blown away by the price but had no choice. They told me it would be ready the day after they quoted me, and it wasn't. Told me they would rush the order which I did not want, esp since I'm paying that price. I went in the day after and they said they ran out of my paper, and used whatever they had on file. Due to that they dropped the price to $200. I go home, and two signs are not printed properly, and there are a few pages of smeared ink. Now I am unable to use these items and am disappointed. I was hoping I can use them for my wedding invitations but I will have to start looking somewhere else.
