I scheduled an appointment and took three hours off work to have my vehicle's glass replaced, only to discover afterward that the replacement glass was defective and had a visible scratch. This experience has been extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Not only did I lose valuable work time for the initial appointment, but I've now been told that I must wait 10 more days for a technician to return and fix the issue--resulting in another missed day of work. I entrusted Safelite with this repair because of your company's reputation for quality and reliability. However, this situation has caused both financial and personal inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper quality control.
