The owner of the condo which I lived in never addressed his ongoing mold issue in the condo which resulted in myself losing my employment, all my belongings due to contamination. I had to legally abandon the condo due to excessive mold. There is a general AC system which circulates the air throughout the building this circulated the mold throughout the whole building. The mold happened as a water pipe burst in the building in the winter of 2023 after they failed to turn on the heat in the winter. I would not recommend living here. I had numerous infections and it took me 6 months to recover damages and loss from their negligence.

Don't miss a view from the rooftop! It's not marked, but can be accessed from the 6th floor. There you can see a really neat building across the way with projected moving images on it! Bring up your mate, flutes of champs, cue your Spotify and dance under the full moon. Way romantic!
