The owner of the condo which I lived in never addressed his ongoing mold issue in the condo which resulted in myself losing my employment, all my belongings due to contamination. I had to legally abandon the condo due to excessive mold. There is a general AC system which circulates the air throughout the building this circulated the mold throughout the whole building. The mold happened as a water pipe burst in the building in the winter of 2023 after they failed to turn on the heat in the winter. I would not recommend living here. I had numerous infections and it took me 6 months to recover damages and loss from their negligence.

It's right by the metro and the bus stop and center bell in central downtown which is totally convenient. Everything is almost walking distance. We didn't rent a car and it was fine. It's where you want to be if you are visiting Montreal!

A swanky lobby great for Instagrammable photo ops too! Nightlife, culture, a park and tasty restaurants are totally walkable! Two different bus stops can be found just a block one way, and a half a block the other direction! Very convenient for those who rely on public transportation. There's no doorman, but it's a very secure building. You must be buzzed in to enter. Access to the parking garage below ground is only gained once inside the building. Don't miss a view from the rooftop! It's not marked, but can be accessed from the 6th floor. There you can see a really neat building across the way with projected moving images on it! Bring up your mate, flutes of champs, cue your Spotify and dance under the full moon. Way romantic! Guys, you're welcome! :) Parking for guest- $35 overnight lot right next door. $20 until 3 am only.
