The owner of the condo which I lived in never addressed his ongoing mold issue in the condo which resulted in myself losing my employment, all my belongings due to contamination. I had to legally abandon the condo due to excessive mold. There is a general AC system which circulates the air throughout the building this circulated the mold throughout the whole building. The mold happened as a water pipe burst in the building in the winter of 2023 after they failed to turn on the heat in the winter. I would not recommend living here. I had numerous infections and it took me 6 months to recover damages and loss from their negligence.

Do you believe if there is anything wrong with the condo after delivery, you will be treated any better than Mr.James Xie and the rest of us? The worst nightmare you can have about buying a pre-sale condo is not the change of the plan. It is your condo builder threatened you to cancel the deal, knowing you will be so afraid to lose the place you have been waiting for years. It is the condo builder doesn't honor the words they said, the blueprint they drew, the contract they signed their names on. And that is exactly what Rachel Julian are doing right now: taking condo buyers' money to build the project, and think they can take advantage from those people who put the trust on them even further. We don't know anything about the building quality Rachel Julian has built or about to build. But their character and business ethics...you know what I am going to say. Please, think twice about making deal with Rachel Julian. Buying their condos just make them believe they can do a lot more worse. You, your family and money deserve way better than Rachel Julian.
