There was a lady to the left of us in a booth and a couple to the right of us. It was quiet and nicely decorated. Our server came by to take our drink orders. We all had water and a bottle of their Chardonnay. We ordered a small charcuterie, a large Garden Pizza and a large Omnivore pizza. The charcuterie board was full of delicious meats, cheeses, olives, cranberries, chocolates and more. I enjoyed this charcuterie much more than the place downtown that is famous for charcuterie. 5/5 The Chardonnay was perfectly chilled with a delightful light crisp taste. 5/5 The Garden Pizza and the Omnivore pizza were perfectly cooked with a hint of smoke from the wood fired pizza oven. Both pizzas had plenty of toppings and all 4 of us said the crust was delicious. The wood fired pizza's were much better than the wood fired pizza I ate near a brewery. 5/5 If you like wine, charcuterie, and wood fired pizzas, please stop by Bloom Winery. We had a great time and great food. 5/5

Its a good balance of sweet and strong. They're flights consist of your preferences of wine - as many as you want! They also have food such as pizza, cheese bread, charcuterie board and salad. The charcuterie board is my fave, but the pizza is tasty as well. There's plenty of space and tables indoors, and parking is plenty. This is a nice spot for a date night, solo pleasuries or catching up with friends. Staff has been friendly and informative regarding their wines.

They had a band called Bob and the Fog playing. They sounded good. There is room to dance. They host other social events like Bingo, corn hole toss and darts. Parking is ok for persons with disabilities. They also allow outside food but NO DRINKS. I saw some deliveries in the area. They also had a food trailer in the parking lot. That person sold fried fish and chicken with chips it was ok. I think some pizzas would be great. Plenty of beer to choose from their house menu. They have some wine and canned sodas. Prices are fare. Overall had a good time and we would come back.

We have loved their Blood Orange Berliner Weisse for years and have always said we needed to make it to the brewery. Today was the perfect chance. It was a Sunday afternoon, and luckily, they were open. There were just a few people, but as they day progressed, more trickled in. Michelle, the beertender, at the time was great. She suggested all sorts of beers based on my taste and let me sample them all. One suggestion she had was to mix the Mango with the Blood Orange. It was really good. The two that I ended up drinking were the Duck River Dunkel and the ISB English Ale. I also liked that they had pretzels and popcorn as bar snacks. We met some really nice people and talked for a while. It reminded me of the old summer days when everyone would just sit and talk and enjoy life. It sure beat the fast-paced and scheduled life that goes on today.

Took a day trip and decided to stop in Jules J Berta. For being late afternoon, the winery was…read morequite busy and even busier when we left. The winery recently moved from the front of the property to the back. Beautiful setting overlooking the pond as the sun was setting. It's quite a large place... As you enter the main entrance, you can go either right to the bright and casual wine bar or left to the open and airy restaurant. Further back you can see where they are actually making the wine. The wine bar like I said is casual. There's a smaller bar area with a few chairs and long table in front of the wall of windows. The longer bar is standing only, but the room is all open and very bright with the afternoon sun. You get two free samples and each sample after is $3. We ended up trying a couple wines that we didn't have at the restaurant. As for the restaurant, we didn't go inside as we chose to sit outside enjoying the weather. There are two floors and could eat outside on either floor, but downstairs you over look the pond and that's where we sat... it was actually quieter and more serene as there were only a few people down there and you must be 21 to be on the patio. Upstairs is very family oriented. Our server Maddy Rae was very attentive and such a great conversationalist. She made some great recommendations and we ended up having a very popular cheese board with three different honeys and a bbq chicken wood fired pizza. All pizzas are one size and more like a larger personal pan pizza. The food was amazing and can see why it's so popular. The wine was good too.... We opted for a flight of red, white and blush and a flight of slushies. The slushies were a hit especially on a warm day.... There was pins colada, watermelon punch, sangria and one more but can't remember. I enjoyed the first three that much but the watermelon was my fav. For the red, white and blush flight, my favorite was the Mauvis Juju with hints of berries, rhubarb and floral notes. Everything was amazing and will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

What a time we had! Just finished a girls night out with the Eat Drink Ride Food tours. It was soo…read moremuch fun and so worth the cost. We had a total of five stops to taste food, dessert and drinks. First stop was The Seafood King located in Lakeshore. We had a sample of the seafood basket which included shrimp, sausage, corn cob and a potato. Nice taste. Not over seasoned or under. Just right. It was a nice sample of some of the food they offer. Second stop was Jake's Soulfood in Hoover. We took a quick picture by Comedian Joys cutout then proceeded to sit for our food tasting. We had fried chicken, mac n cheese, cornbread and rice with beans. The chicken was cooked fresh and I personally would have liked a little more seasoning on the chicken but that's my preference. It was still good and so was the mac n cheese. This is when I started getting full. I did take the food I couldn't finish from Jake's home. Third stop was The Whole Scoop also located in Hoover. We were treated with a cone or bowl of ice cream (one scoop) of any flavor they had. The options were plenty. Our guide did advise us not to get vanilla, chocolate or strawberry because we can get those anytime. We needed to explore new flavors. I did... I got the dark chocolate raspberry truffle (I think that was the name). It was delicious and was a nice break from eating food. Yummy Then we traveled to Trussville and stopped at La Calle. We had tacos there. Nice spot and the tacos are authentic. They have a taco bar where you can additional toppings or get sauces. Our last stop was Corbeau Wine Bar. I have wanted to visit them for a while and now was my chance. We had a wine sample then had a quick tour of the wine bar concept. It's pretty amazing because you can sample as many wines as possible (for a fee and depending on the ounces). A great way to try before you commit to buying a full bottle of wine. The price points were reasonable. Overall a great fun experience with friends with cool music playing while we traveled. We danced some and sang along to a few songs. This is definitely an experience you should try.

Imagine my surprise when I got on the bus and my friends were on there. Joy wasn't our hostess this time. Tiffany was the hostess and she did a great job. I was so caught up having fun that I didn't take many pictures and videos. At midnight, we had a toast to the new year of 2022! I definitely recommend you give this tour bus a try!
