The pasta is CONSISTENTLY a miss. I'm not sure what it is with the sauces but they never turn out right. The chicken Marsala sauce was gelatinous. The flounder with lemon butter and capers, was sour. The Tuscan chicken pasta was just olive oil. All in all, I keep coming back because they have so much potential and I don't want them to close. But man do they need some work when it comes to pastas and actually making sauces that taste good and actually stick to the noodles.

Jessie and Jessica were absolutely unbelievable to work with throughout our entire wedding process…read more Their extremely patient and positive attitudes made them a joy to interact with and consistently lowered our general planning stress levels. They clearly love what they do, which in our opinion is one of the most important qualities to look for in a wedding vendor. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the potatoes and steak kabobs. One of my foodie friends even said the Caesar salad was the best they'd ever had. Wait staff was great and all very friendly. Their pricing is extremely fair for how good the food was and how great their service is. We went back and forth on having potatoes up until the week of the wedding and they were super accommodating, and encouraged us to bring any and all concerns to them at any time leading up to the big day. Struck me as really genuine, good-hearted people. The initial tasting was also a lot of fun and they had a lot of great gluten-free options. Offered to pretty much make anything we wanted gluten-free. If you're reading this and are on the fence about hiring them, I couldn't recommend it more to just go for it. You won't be disappointed! Huge thank you to Jessie, Jessica, and their whole staff!!

We ended up by having a little bit left over, more than enough to feed our hungry family. Definitely I would hire them back for future events! We appreciated that Jess stayed initially to make sure things were set up properly and we were satisfied with everything she brought. We highly recommend A Catered Affair!
