The entire process, from checking in to being tattooed/pierced to paying and leaving was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly professional and kind. Jen makes piercings a breeze, and Eddie was awesome to chat with while he worked on my tattoo! With both piercing and tattooing, the artists are incredibly helpful about aftercare and follow up, and make themselves available for any and all questions. After he…read moreput his gloves on he ate candy and didn't change his gloves, then when he was putting my jewelry in he dropped the ball and didn't sanitize it. He messed up my piercing badly, it's ABOVE my belly button and it's crooked. I took it out 20 minutes after getting it pierced because it's so bad. Waste of $50 and pain!
