I had an eye infection that felt like someone was jabbing me in the eye with an ice pick. She prescribed a drop that took the pain away instantly and even gave me a coupon to help with the cost of it, since it was a bottle of drops half the size of my pinky but every expensive even with my insurance. I would have gladly paid much more just for the relief it gave me. She has been doing my exams for contacts for years and keeps me seeing great!! The staff is very friendly and efficient getting me in and out in a timely manner! My husband just went to see Dr Welding and will be having eye surgery with Dr Ford in the coming weeks for his Catafact's. Dr Welding was very good at explaining the different options and put my husband at ease about was to come. The North Arlington office was just a friendly and timely in getting us in an out as the Mansfield Office. Makes going to the Eye Dr not such a terrible thing!

The glasses they sell you are the floor samples. I showed at 2:30 in hopes they may get me in a bit early. They called me back at 3:00 to do some assessment testing, which lasted about 15 minutes. At 3:15pm took me to an exam room where I waited for an hour and 15 minutes with no communication from staff about delays or a long wait period. Never got a chance to see the doctor. I finally walked out at 4:30 with no communication to them. If they have no more respect for my time and no better appreciation for me as a patient, I'm happy to seek the services of a different Ophthalmologist. Make sure you plan plenty of additional time when visiting this clinic."

Dr. Tran literally saved my mom's life so I can't give this place anything less than a perfect…read morerating! My mom goes to multiple providers for several different things for years. Yet, no one caught the signs and symptoms for her specific diagnosis until she went to Dr. Tran. It took me couple months to convince her to get her "annual" eye exam after at least 2-3 years of not having one. Right away, Dr. Tran suspected something concerning and referred her to more testings. Long story short and without going into too much details, because of his suggestion, we discovered several of her health issues and complications that must have happened over the past couple years. I have not had to get an eye exam since learning about my mom's issue, or else I would have started coming here. However, I have referred a friend of mine here for chemical burnt. She was seen by Dr. Khan and quickly felt better after leaving the office. They have one in the office waiting area, and right outside the office in the lobby waiting area, so there are plenty of spaces for social distancing during this Covid-19. All of the staff here are very nice and friendly as well.

My insurance won't pay for the exam until the end of February. I'm at risk of losing my job because glasses are not safe in the type of work I do. No one there seems at all concerned about that just the fitting of the contact. Don't ever expect a same day call back either it's been me calling them for 3 days. I loved that she pulled them for me so I could just sit at the mirror and try on pair after pair. Also appreciate that she brought me SO many to pick from and was adamant I try until I loved them. Ended up buying a pair with snap on sunglasses which I love, but after a couple of months, I noticed that the lenses were scratched more than just normal wear and tear would have caused. I took them back and they were able to get them fixed under the warranty so all around great experience.
