I am a disabled veteran and I have just recently retired and have moved off my Corporate America insurance policy. So, I now rely on the VA for my medical services. Sadly, during this entire time - the person in charge of the dept. that oversees these types of asks has said they will not accept payment from the VA - EVER! So, they clearly - have "ZERO" respect for Veterans. I am amazed at the run-around I have gotten, no call backs, and complete disrespect I have received from this back office team!
