They even failed to alert me to the delivery date. All in all, very poor service. I would never hire or recommend them again.

A pretty big thing to lose, but Navis Pack & Ship out of Raleigh lost it somewhere between the east and west coasts. The Navis GM in North Carolina was a poor communicator, not returning my calls and showing no detectable remorse. The folks on the receiving end were helpful, but they never located the rug and finally the insurance paid for its loss. There was another part of the shipment that did make it to me that contained some pottery. One art piece arrived broken. A piece was actually missing from it, which indicates they broke it when they packed it. Dealing with Navis was a terrible and upsetting experience.
