The characters seemed unprepared, disconnected, and lacking the energy needed for this type of event. At a 4-year-old's birthday party, the entertainers should be leading the energy in the room--talking to the kids, playing with them, making them laugh, and creating memorable moments. For the premium price we paid, we expected a professional, lively, high-quality experience. Instead, it felt like the bare minimum effort was given, which was incredibly frustrating on such an important day.
