I was in touch with SAM for the community in which I was part of HOA board. I met Tia singer after few emails and phone calls. Initially I was bit skeptical as the overall reviews are very bad about her in yelp but Tia is a good salesperson. But during my overall transactions with SAM, realized that Tia Singer has some integrity issues. She was recommending me a vendor which seems to be the person related to her. When I asked why I am not being offered few options rather than some relative of hers, I was given some round about answers and some insulting remarks also. Later Tia started dominating me and don't let me utter even a single word. Her overall responses was - I am a professional in this industry for 20+ years. I myself is the HOA board for my company etc...slowly and slowly that entire conversation converted into arguments. I felt like there is no way somebody can have any civic discussion with Tia Singer and left the discussion. We are in the process of removing SAM as a property management company for our HOA as other board members also has the same viewpoint. Tia has some poor listening skills and just believe that only she knows everything and doesn't let anybody else speak at all. Another issue with SAM is that it seems there is nobody else apart from Tia to talk about anything. Tia becomes overall bottleneck to carry on any further transactions. When I talked to somebody else in her office it seems that Tia is very much a controlling personality who doesn't let anybody else do anything in SAM. There is a high turnover in SAM and thus clients doesn't have long term relationships with SAM. read more

I live in Avondale Community Association which is managed by Singer Association Management(SAM). Tia Singer is the owner. This HOA management company is one of the worst kind in the world. They never return your calls or respond to the emails. The owner Tia Singer is total psychopath it seems. Any time if you ever get hold of her, she will pick up the fight rather than let anybody speak(even if you are talking to her very first time). What i come to know that she is total scum bag. She got somebody she knows very well - Andrew Laughhunn as a builder for various projects in our community. All the projects were billed at very high prices. We later come to know that both Tia and this Andrew are related to each other. How come some HOA management company can do so? This is very unfair and corrupt practices. You might find one yelp.com positive review from Mr. Andrew about SAM - so appalling. Whatever 5 star reviews one can see about SAM are all paid reviews. For example, Caleb Rawls is an attorney who often gets contracts via SAM so that's why they are writing 5 start review for SAM on google. I believe all the positive reviews are paid. I talked to other residents, they also had the same feedback about Tia that she is quite mean, unprofessional and arrogant person. read more

I would like to take a minute to give Ms. Singer, Owner of Singer Association Management, a round of applause for the great job she is doing in my community. Ever since her company took over from the previous company. She has really turned the place around. The entries to the community, community brick wall, the pool center, and landscaping has all turned around, and looks better than it has before. Even through the previous company left it totally dilapidated. Ms Singer her self sat with use the board members and explain were our budget needed to be allocated, she also got many different landscape vendors, Pool vendors to choose from and negotiate a far price for us. There account is impeccable and now that all the maintenance issues have been resolved, she is putting aside money for all repairs in future and still have money left in our reserves, without raising the dues. I live in Parkside where Tia Singer is a Board member-treasurer. I attended the meeting of 23rd September 2021 - Board meeting. Tia was suppose to come up with data points for merging of both the associations which residents are waiting for quite some time. Tia was against the merger based on her comments in the google sheet. During last meeting she tabled this motion to merge to delay it. Even after 2 months when the meeting is happening, Tia is coming with unique ideas to stall this resident friendly move. Tia stated that it's not her job to do the research but it's management company's job. Tia doesn't let anybody to speak and often interrupt other Board members. During the public board meeting she is alleging other board members rather than discuss our community business. I have no idea how Tia can do HOA management for her clients? read more

I wish I could give negative starts to this company. Beware of dealing with Singer Association Management especially it's owner(Tia Singer). She is the board of Director in our HoA. She always opposed any steps to reduce the HoA for the residents. She always has arguments and can never work together with anybody else. I have no idea why some bunch of residents elected her for Board of Director position. She only think about her street(Arches Avenue) and not whole of Parkside. Tia is very arrogant and can't handle anything. She has done enough damage to Parkside. God saves the communities which are being managed by SAM. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars, but that isn't an option here. This "company" is a complete joke. The owner, Tia, is deceptive, deceitful and very, very aggressive when you speak to her. I guess that's what we get for not doing our research and going with the lowest bid. The most exciting moment in our community's history came when we ejected from this contract with Singer Association Management. Unless you want a tyrant who thinks she's the community's dictator running your association to the ground, please, please don't make the mistake we did and hire this woman. read more

Singer Management has always been so helpful, since I moved here. They have always take the time to explain any questions about my property. The home values in my community have gone up 40% in 5 years! If you want to your community to be in good financial standings and have the best chances to weather economic down turn, I highly recommend! read more

The owner is wretched, we are just waiting to vote her company off our HOA. I've witnessed her screaming at employees. Not a pleasant person to be around and never gets anything done. We can never get a hold of the office or get a response for weeks. Also goes under the name SL Energy. Evil person. read more

Tia Singer is a homeowners association manager for our subdivision in Plano. She has personally returned my calls and her employees have followed up within 24 hours. I would recommend her company to any and all homeowners associations. read more
