The lines are long and the postal lady there is really mean. There's this lady there that ends her conversation with "Have a blessed day!" This after she pisses me off by saying the community needs to be 70% complete until the USPS will deliver our mail. Long story short. The LCA is very accesible and once we made a formal comlaint they acted immediately to have our mail delivered to our gang boxes the next day. That alone is worth the 700 HOA we pay a year. When we toured their facilities for the New Homeowners Orientation we learned that they have alarm monitoring for 25 dollars/month. There are patrol cars that patrol the area every hour on the hour. But they aren't armed.

I do appreciate you giving my money back. Which I deserved it all back in January. The lesson learned here is to do right by everyone in what you come in contact with because You never know someone else's circumstances or how it hurts!
