This really makes me wonder how much of their revenue is acquired just by taking advantage of people. I am absolutely disgusted by their complete disregard of their potential customers. As a single mom of 3, I can't afford to apply for homes that are already taken. The refusal to give a refund is a slap in the face.

He is also extremely efficient.. whenever there was a minor repair/maintenance needed, Kevin would be able to get a contractor to assess and fix the issue within days.
