I am a young professional moving to the Dallas area for a second time and have had experience with several lease locators so I can say with 100% certainty that you won't find anyone better than Kristi Berryhill with Lease Locators. Kristi goes above and beyond the call of a typical lease locator service and negotiates the best deals for you both as a client and as a friend. Having my mother and aunt along for the trip with me, she made sure to listen to the input and feedback of all parties and created a fun atmosphere for everyone involved while adhering to the task at hand. Kristi made the lease-searching process seamless, even for someone who is used to doing all the planning and work myself. Her bubbly personality and caring nature help calm any nerves and fears associated with such a stressful decision making process, and her personal experience in real estate and familiarity with the Dallas area allow her to bring a variety of skills and expertise to the table. I will definitely use Kristi again for any future lease needs and/or purchases and highly recommend her to persons of all ages looking for guidance regarding similar matters. 5 gold stars! read more

Kristi was a godsend. We drove around Dallas aimlessly for 3 days looking for a good apartment; unsuccessfully. One leasing agent happened to ask us if we were working with a "locator" and she hooked us up with Kristi's info. I was skeptical at first but my mom insisted we had to use her (mom knows best). So we called Kristi the next morning and we hooked up with her later that day. She's easy to talk to , fun to hangout with, knows a lot of leasing agents personally, and she knew about a lot of complexes in the area. Through her we found some excellent options we would not have found otherwise. Lo and behold she showed us the apartment that I chose and its exactly what I was looking for. Save some time and call her you won't regret it. She will make apartment shopping fun for you believe it or not. read more

I was lucky enough to run into Sherry one evening when I was out and quickly learned that she was an apartment locator. I had used a person before from a different company but they weren't helpful in showing viable options in my price range. Sherry quickly turned my experience with locators around by listening to what I was looking for and finding something in my price range in the area that I wanted to live. The first suggestion she sent me was perfect and I signed a lease that day. Wish I would have found her at the beginning of my search because it would have saved me so much time looking around. I highly recommend working with Sherry. She's quick, responsive, and listens to what you are looking for and finds options that meet your needs. read more

I highly recommend LUX locators! I had no idea where I wanted to live, only that I wanted to be in central Dallas which was super overwhelming! Fortunately, Avery was my lifesaver, I gave her my wants and parameters and she narrowed everything down to give me workable lists - regardless how many times I changed my mind ...which was a lot... (poor girl). But Avery always happily sent me a new list of exactly what I wanted and constantly kept me updated on current specials. She stuck with me through all of my indecisiveness until we finally found the perfect place; I would not have found this place if it weren't for her. I'm so excited to move in and glad I used LUX!! If you need help finding your dream pad, get Avery to guide you, hands down!! read more

DANIEL YAKOBCHUK IS AMAZING!!!! Not only did he travel with us to every apartment building, but he was completely engaged during every visit! He asked the right questions and very well connected in the city. He gave us genuine advice and he kept our best interests in mind the whole time! He actually advised against the more expensive apartment because he thought we could get more value for less at another place. Daniel is so warm spirited, and a refreshing to be around. Mandi was great. I was in a time crunch and on a budget and no other apartment locator I've tried had my new residence listed. So I literally didn't know it existed. It only took about 48 hours from when I connected with Mandi to when I found my new home and called for a tour. (And this is lightening fast considering I'm a single mother of two kids working fulltime) I'll be referring friends If the need arises. read more
