After one conversation with my wife, Susan put into motion a filtered search for homes in our area that could accommodate our future plans to retire a couple of horses. After only a few weeks of email updates with listings meeting our criteria, we locked in on a property that was exceptionally suited for us. Susan was professional, responsive and very experienced. Her guidance through both the sale of our current home, and purchase of a small ranch were masterful. She kept us on track. Gave us sound, solid advice and shined in comparison to other agents. My wife and I always felt important. Susan always listened. And certainly was a critical component to our success. We sold our home and achieved our objectives. We closed on the ranch landing within our budget. Whether you are new to real estate or an experienced buyer/seller, I am confident Susan would be a strong agent that you can trust. Could not be happier with our results. Thank you so very much for everything Susan. We appreciate all that you did with and for us.

Difficulties such as poor communication, no follow up, and blaming sellers agent for being unresponsive. Numerous conversations took place to address the concerns hoping for improvement, as Mrs. Grisell is a very personable individual. However, we feel that at this point Mrs. Grisell, Mr. Carrillo and his agency are not able to represent us in our best interest. We loved a house, within 2 hours after showing we texted Mrs. Grisell the details of the offer. We were told she would let us know "when she gets to it". The following day I reached out to her shortly before noon, receiving the reply she was too busy and would be in touch later, and her broker would call us when "he gets a chance". This was the final straw- I advised her that I needed to speak to her about being horribly represented by her and her absolute lack of communication. I spoke with Mrs. Grisell about the termination of the Buyers Agent Agreement and was first told there wasnt an agreement- not sure if she thought I dont read documents before signing. I then was verbally told over the phone by her that she understood and I should consider this conversation as a release. When I asked for it in writing- its now an issue and her broker, Mr. Carrillo needs to call me back. He finally reached out, just pretty much saying its up to her what she wants to do and never heard of such thing and so on. We can have another senior agent if we like, etc. NO! Mr. Carrillo also stated I can reach out him if we any further assistance. Mr. Carrillo, we sent several texts requesting callbacks, called you 6 or 7 times yesterday, unable to record messages because your VM is full. Its 2 days later, and no response from you. The other situation Mr. Carrillo didnt believe- Mrs. Grisell was the listing agent of a home, tried pushing us to submit an offer ASAP because it was perfect- no where near- but she failed to disclose that she was the listing agent. You asked for proof after she denied ever sending this listing to us- I emailed it to you and have a text message with her following up urging us to submit an offer. This is misleading promotion for personal gain. Again, we are so done with your agency- please find you a realtor who has your best interest at heart!!!

I had meet with Blake Hollers at the Plano Senior Center months earlier, so I called him about putting my home on the market so I could down size into an apartment. When I meet with Blake he could tell that it was too soon after my husband's death for me to make such a big decision. He meet with me, answered all my questions, and said he would love to sell my home, but not until I was completely ready to do so. A year later I was ready. Blake had stayed in touch with me over the year sending me information about senior living, finances, offering to bring me lunch, and just checking in on me . When I finally decided to list my home . Blake and his team were the upmost professionals. They guided my every move. When I had to change the dates due to two stays in the hospital, Blake was there to collect my mail, and to make sure everything was okay with the house. The winning offer was $50,000. above asking price and was accepted the 4th day the house was listed. Additionally, Blake offered a discount to seniors. Rather than earn 3% for selling the home, his commission was only 2%. I could not have had an easier experience with Blake and his team. They made the process of selling my home a joy. I would highly recommend the Hollers Team for all your moving needs.

He is easily angered if you disagree with anything he says, no matter how tactfully you present the facts. A professional and mature person understands and appreciates the insight others can bring to the table. Not the case with Blake - he views any type of input as criticism. A good realtor is not only knowledgeable and a good negotiator, but also listens well and does not get nasty if you do not do what he says. If you are in a bad place in your life and want someone to take over the decision making for you, Blake is a good choice. But if you have your own thoughts you want to share, best to use someone else.

She's earned our trust and we'll absolutely buy our next one with her. Why we love Roni: 1. She's an expert in the Dallas market, especially in this fast moving highly competitive time. She helped us explore all sorts of great homes in Kessler Park, Oak Lawn, Uptown, Lakewood, Little Forest Hills, and Hollywood Heights, before finding the perfect fit for us in Oak Cliff. With Veronica guiding us, we always felt confident, comfortable, and well-informed throughout the process. 2. She has experience with all types of buying situations, even tricky loan types. We initially looked for a fixer upper, and she helped us navigate a complex renovation budget. 3. She's well connected. She worked with her network to find us a hip pocket well before it hit MLS. She connected us with a great architect, designer, and contractor. She even found us a painter at half the price of our original quotes. 4. She's incredibly patient. I'm picky and overthink everything, and I know we were not always easy clients. But Veronica was always gracious. She spent countless evenings and weekends looking at home after home with us. 5. She truly wants her clients to be happy. Not just in what she says, but in her actions. A perfect example - she recommended against one house we loved because she found some suspicious items in the sellers disclosure. We were eager to put in a offer, but she didn't think we'd be happy with it in the long run. We're so happy we took her advice and kept looking. We had a wonderful experience with Veronica.
