After inserting my card and selecting the pump, I went inside to pay $100 for gas for my 19-gallon truck. Somehow the pump was rejecting my card and I was not the only one having the same problem . However, when I checked my fuel gauge, I realized that I had only received half a tank, despite paying for 19 gallons. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, they didn't seem to care and suggested that I simply go for a drive and come back to show them the receipt and a picture of my odometer. This lack of concern made me feel like they were aware of the issue and potentially stealing gas. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at this Shell Gas Station and would not recommend it to others. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers are receiving the full amount of gas that they are paying for.
