The staff there is insane. At least one of the employees is. She has colored hair, I think purple, and nose piercing. She swore at me, before smashing her head as hard as she could on counter. Split her forehead open. There was BLOOD EVERYWHERE!! All because she couldn't figure out how to transfer gas from one pump to another!? Wow. She's still working there and still swearing and yelling at customers and fellow employees. I will not be going back and I spent $150+ a week here. I told all my friends and they will never go, and ones that did go here, don't anymore. Go to AmPm or 7-11 down the street. Prices WAY lower and staff definitely way friendlier! I stopped for gas on the way to the Sac airport at a very early hour before dawn, and there weren't any other customers at that moment. The cashier accompanied me to make sure I felt safe due to an unrelated disturbance nearby. He stayed until I completed pumping the gas. I really appreciated his assistance and attitude! read more

Even though the guy behind the counter was very nice, I don't think I'll come back. The person he was working with was condescending, and rude. Then I went out to vacuum my truck. If the equipment is actually working, their vacuums, for lack of a better word, suck. They would barley suck up any hair or bits of food. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

They need a better cashier she just sits there ignoring customers talking to her friend. She didn't even make her friend move while I entered my card number and was very uncomfortable she said not a word to me and continued to talk to her friend the entire transaction not saying thank you good bye or even making eye contact. This is usually one of my favorite gas stations. It's only 2 blocks away from my house, and very, very convenient. The owners are friendly, and the staff is usually clean, well trained, congenial, and we have a very good rapport with most of the staff. I usually stop in every day during the last 7 years. The place is clean, well maintained, and well lit. We spend between $150 - $300+ there in a week between gas, drinks, and cigarettes. The new blonde that was working on the evening of Monday, June 12th, 2017 at about 5-5:30-ish p.m. has helped me decide to put an end to that. Her stunningly POOR service has guaranteed that I will take my shopping elsewhere from here on out until the happy day that she either quits, or is fired. She was not attentive when I stepped up to the counter. Instead she chose to continue her conversation about her pay with her trainer. She was only concerned about how she would be paid, and pestered her trainer about opportunities that would lead to her being paid 'under the table'. When she carded me for cigarettes I was mildly annoyed. I'm 44. Then I decided to get over it. Blondie was just doing her job. Then my license came up expired. Ok. Good to know. No one else had mentioned it. Not the bank, not the place I had our taxes done at, no one. Let's face it it's a very important document to keep up to date. I already knew that meant she couldn't sell to me, but then she had to go and get flippant with me; a regular, daily customer that spends between $150 - $300+ there and that's where the line got drawn. I don't tolerate smart-mouthed, crappy, customer service. And I really don't support the personality type that this woman has. She was unnecessarily rude, flippant, and just shrugged it off saying that she was, "new", and that there was, "nothing I could do about it". Well Blondie, there's plenty I can do about it. #1 No way in hell am I going to help contribute to your wages, or their bottom-line while you are employed there. #2 I've made this review and plan to post it on every review website that I can find. #3 Word of mouth. Don't think for a second that I'm not going to tell EVERYONE I know in Chico and the surrounding areas what kind of service you provide. #4 Most of those people will tell others that they know. Harvard School of Business estimates that at the bare minimum 7-10 of their other customers will stop going there as well. I said at the beginning that we spend between $150-$300 per week. I said at the beginning that she said, "they're nothing you can do", and regarding the cigarette laws; she's right. As far as her customer service goes - Oh Sweetheart, there's A LOT that I can do! Looking back at my bank receipts we spent about $15,600 last year there. That's a good chunk of change. Imagine the loss if 7-10 other people decide to stop shopping there. Losing 7 people that spend nearly the same as I do would lose them $109,200 in 1 year all because of her service. Losing 10 people that spend nearly the same, and they would lose $150,600 in one year. And here's the kicker. Those 7-10 people are going to tell their friends and family, and at bare minimum 7-10 of their friends and family will stop going there as well, and so on, and so forth. Car wash machine never prints receipt. Went in a couple times to get a printed one but get annoyed at having to keep going in for one. Bummer because it does a great job washing and I like coming here but that's a real frustration read more

The blonde hair cashier was very rude while I was with my coworkers. I am 18 and my coworkers are well over the age to drink. I was getting me an iced coffee and they were going to get some beer as we had just got off of work. We live in Sacramento so it is a lengthy drive back. I was going to be the driver and they were going to be drinking. I was waiting for them to choose their beers and the cashier started questioning me about my age. Let me remind you, I was not in possession of any alcoholic beverages nor was I planning on drinking some. She demanded me to pay for my coffee because I couldn't pay for coffee with them. I found that odd because that was the first time I have ever heard that. I thought it was no problem so I didn't even question her and went to pay for my coffee. I told her that I was driving and that I was not going to drink. She had a very rude manner. After paying for it, she demanded me to leave the store in a very rude way because I couldn't be around my coworkers when they bought the beer. Once again, I didn't find the need to stay there and argue with her over something so small. I left the store and waited for them in the car. When they got in the car, they told me that she was flipping on them about how they could go to jail for giving me beer. She clearly jumped to conclusions and was so stubborn on her opinion of the situation. I will not be coming back to this location because of this worker. She was very rude and unwelcoming. read more
