Graeter's isn't cheap, and I'm happy to pay premium prices for premium ice cream. But if I'm paying those prices, I expect to receive ice cream that's actually frozen--not half melted before it's even handed to me. While we were waiting, I could clearly hear the employees talking about me with the drive-thru window still cracked open. That was disappointing and unprofessional. The staff appeared to be very young, so this isn't meant as a personal criticism of them. However, the customer service at this location needs significant improvement.
