I'm wondering to myself how have I not been here before? I work from home every Wednesday and recently have been trying to explore new spots in OKC/Edmond. I'm glad I came here after a suggestion from a friend that the coffee was amazing! The ambiance was fresh and simple with plenty of natural lighting that came in through the windows making the visit a happy/serotonin-filled morning. Service was great with a friendly staff. I tried the breakfast tacos and ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and it was superb. There are very few places that can get matcha right, but this place does it well. The coffee shop is located adjacent to Commonplace Bookstore and is medium-sized. I've heard great things about the other items on the menu, so I will definitely return on another Wednesday or off-day to explore the specialty drinks. read more

Another hip and cool coffee place located amongst the hip and cool apartments in midtown. Totally hand crafted with care and attention coffee. I tried one of their fall offerings and added an extra shot. Delicious. Their scones looked marvelous and I had the pear-cardamom one. OMG! You must try this. My only complaint (which I'm sure a coffee purist will remark on) is to say that I want a LARGE. :) Will return, especially during a time when the adjacent bookstore is open. read more

3/3 visits were perfect. 1st visit had to test the basics: plain oat milk latte-- superb flavor, temperature was perfect 2nd visit branched out to their seasonal special menu for a Apple Jack cereal milk latte with oat milk...again, this was delicious! Fairly sweet. Pleasant fall flavor! 3rd: chai tea latte with oat milk! Meant to order a dirty chai but still enjoyed my order :) Lids are made of paper but don't get soggy quickly or leak! Sincerely Coffee Roasters is without a doubt, my absolute favorite coffee shop in town. And that's saying something, because there are a fair number of great coffee shops in town. Sincerely, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. 1. Sincerely doesn't have baristas. Sincerely has baristas AND mixologists. Baristologists? Mixistas? BariMixers? Sincerely has a lot of specialty drinks that are (a) super thoughtful, (b) the opposite of lazy. Recently, I ordered some... Praline Marshmallow, something something Latte. It was a mouthful. And you guys, they were literally toasting a marshmallow to add to the latte. And it's like that for every one of their specialty drinks. You ordered a Peppermint something something latte? There will be literal bits of peppermint instead of some crappy, cloying, low quality syrup. You ordered Cereal Milk Latte? They will literally open a box of cereal, sit down, make themselves a bowl, read the newspaper, and then drain the milk after finishing breakfast. Okay they don't do that, but I'm for serious impressed with the effort. And it's readily apparent when you take that first sip, because you will taste the beautiful melding of every flavor that was mentioned in the drink's name. 2. Their regular coffee drinks are also fantastic. I've never been disappointed with a single thing I've ordered. And every family member or friend who has tried Sincerely would say the same thing. 3. Their employees are quiet yet friendly. As opposed to quiet and aloof, which seems to be one of the classes offered in barista college? If I remember correctly, the class is called "How to be a pretentious knob so that people are afraid to order coffee from you 101." 4. I literally came back within two hours of my first visit to order something else from the menu. Listen. You're not hearing me. I dropped $50. In 2 hours. At a coffee shop. And I. Didn't. Complain. And I love to complain about how expensive this drug habit of mine is at times (not as expensive as like... real drugs, but...). I don't even live close by (being the boring suburbanite that I am), and I genuinely consider driving into the city more often, just so I can enjoy more of these thoughtful (seasonal) beverages made by friendly people. 5. I like the name. Sincerely. When someone asks what my favorite coffee joint is, I respond with "Sincerely?" And then they think I'm being weirdly reticent about what I'm going to say, so they lean forward expectantly, and I let them hang awkwardly in the silence. read more

Now that they are under new management, the service has improved a lot. The staff is more personable. I have been here twice now; the first time I had their ice peach blossom white tea, I didn't quite enjoy it since it was very light. But for this recent visit. The staff recommended that I get their chamomile lavender latte since the one I wanted from their spring specials was out. The latte was creamy and not overly flavored. Unfortunately, my partner got a different experience. He had their Americano, and he didn't like it since it was so weak. read more

Dropped by for a quick grab and go. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so I decided to go for the guava tea, which was fragrant and unique. A little on the sour side, so for those who like their drinks sweet, I would recommend asking for some honey. I also took note that they have several unique tea flavors that would be fun to try someday. Also grabbed a chocolate and raspberry scone - perfect amount of sweetness, not too sweet. The coffee shop itself is pretty small in terms of tables, so maybe not the most ideal in terms of getting work done, but there are several seats at the bar. I also noticed that they sell tacos, yogurt, etc., so that definitely makes this place unique in my mind. A downside is that there's not a lot of parking immediately in front of the shop. There are a few spots, maybe 8-10, but since I visited at noon, they were all taken, so I had to walk a little bit. However, overall would recommend! read more

I don't use social media, so I used to always go to Sincerely Coffee Roasters, and I liked that I could browse events going on locally--as well as get some coffee and hang out. They removed all the posters, flyers, etc., so I'm kind of annoyed because I don't know how I am going to find out about the local events anymore. I wish they would at least have a bulletin board or something where events could be posted for those of us that don't use social media. I just really liked that I could find out about local events at my local coffee shop without going online. I like the peacefulness of life without having to go on social media as the online climate these days can add unnecessary stress to my day, so the local event postings really made a difference for me. Truly phenomenal experience every time I visit Sincerely. You can tell they put so much thought into presentation and atmosphere! The coffee is phenomenal overall, and the winter wonder cold brew is a current favorite (I have a hard time not chugging that). Aside from coffee, the other beverage options are delightfully curated, unique and delicious. The blue Jasmine tea is nothing short of magical. I can't recommend a visit to this shop enough. This place is 11/10! The entire cafe is clean & very pretty I love the aesthetic of this place! All of the drinks are so good especially all of the flavors for their iced tea. I highly recommend the Peace Blossom & Blue Jasmine iced tea with honey. The flavors aren't extremely strong & overpowering which makes it very refreshing. I really wish they had bigger sizes though.
