I spent over 2 months and a half and $345.00 dollars of co-pay to be treated by dr. Roy for a bad sciatica pain on my right buttock, unfortunately with zero success. Even when, after a few weeks, I told her that her treatment was not working and I was still in pain, she insisted that I was "on path to recovery". Finally, she gave up and suggested that maybe a local injection performed by my family doctor could alleviate my pain. Instead, I went to another chiropractor, who explained me in detail which was the cause of my pain and how to treat it. He fixed my problem with gradual adjustments to my spine and lower back and now I am completely recovered. I sent dr. Roy an e-mail informing her of my disappointment and she replied offering a refund but only if I delete my negative feedback, which I do not think is right. My feedback, although negative, is honest and faithful to the events, and I posted it to help other people to take an informed decision. read more

I don't usually go into chiropractors until I have to crawl. My back has been going out a couple times a year since I was in high school. When I stepped into the office, I was greeted by a smiling face. This simple gesture made me feel at home, safe and secure. I have always considered chiropractors "back ninjas" so you really have to trust them. I lost all hesitation and fear. My insurance did not provide me with any chiropractic coverage, but the Dr. was more than happy to work something out. I could tell she really cared about my well being. She was gently and got me aligned in no time. She showed me on the x-rays some trouble areas. She instructed me of some exercises I could do. I was not bashful to tell her that I only come when emergencies strike. She was not deterred by my comments, but wanted to set me up with a pain free future. I trusted what she said.
