Massage therapy is their calling! Deb is fantastic. She is strong and purposeful: she finds tension in places I didn't know were the least bit tight. I feel delightfully disoriented after my sessions with Deb, like, just let me sit here in the lobby and get my brain back in order. Lol! Jerry is an amazing experience! On the table, with the Bemer for pain; hot towels; hot stones... and, If you've never tried shiatsu on the floor mat -- or even if you think you have -- Jerry's shiatsu is like massage infused with meditation, stretch, breath, mind/body connection... Throughout the massage, she would use a spray bottle on her hands that wasn't labeled. She said the massage included oil, but quickly after spraying whatever in her hands, it would evaporate and cause friction from her just dry rubbing me. I have the dates, receipts, voicemails, social media and email correspondences of my communication to your providers and office. I did not stop contacting your office, your office refused to respond to any communication from me after an initial call back with the provider and office manager. This is also evident on this website by the lack of response to my initial review and lack of timely response to my second update. This timeline is documented. As previously mentioned the provider stated my BURNS were normal (even when my initial provider at your office stated otherwise) and everything would subside even after I expressed my deep concern. She conveniently called it "possible bruising" in the voicemail. As I stated in my initial review my session with a different provider at your office was completely unremarkable, therefore I know firsthand these burns should not have occurred. There is no consensus on the gold standard treatment for skin dyschromia after severe burns have occurred. Dyschromia after burns remain a therapeutic challenge. This is not an easy fix as you have suggested. Dismissing or downplaying a patient's experience such as this one is purely shameful.
