We agreed to a certain amount of days and paid a generous hourly rate hoping we could depend on her to get our son caught up over the summer. Unfortunately that was not the case. She changed the schedule multiple times, dropped us all together until summer started, and then once summer did start she canceled multiple times 30 min before our session started. It was becoming difficult because we scheduled our entire day around the session (picking up my son from camp early, ending my work day early for her arrival, etc).
