So, time goes by & around 730pm I noticed that I hadn't gotten any text or email notifications. So, I logged onto my Kroger account only to discover they my order had been canceled. There was no explanation as to why nor did I receive any call or notification. So, I tried calling but their customer service desk was closed. So I decided to do an online chat with customer service & they tried but they also could not see a reason as to why it was canceled. A phone call, text or email would have been nice.

I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by Brooklyn with a kind smile and welcome and given some direction as to where I needed to go. I was then kindly greeted by Mannie, Mgr and was connected with Norman; who took it from there and made sure that my needs were taken care of. I was in and out in very little time. Each one of the above individuals mentioned, was very customer focused; kind and went over and above and made me feel like such a part of the Walmart family. I drive here from Mansfield because it's so much nicer, bigger, cleaner, and friendly. I've almost always been able to find what I needed. When no one had Christmas PJs, I found them here. When no one had any nice Christmas trees left, they had a nice selection with several options. Granted, I haven't used curbside pickup here. As far as pricing goes, it's like any other Walmart.
