They have went up in price so many times within a 3-month period which when we first gotten the units back in 2023, our price was supposed to be set. It's 2026 and they have told us that the price would increase again but when they thought they were going to lose us as costumers they told my husband that for the duration of our stay, our price would stay the same. They've gone back on their word again. They aren't people of their word. As soon as we can, we will be locating our things. Oh they have to went to virtual service which makes everything worse. They even cut our locks off before letting us know and charged us a fee for that.
