Very nice young men, worked hard on a couple of problem areas, one of which was a massive red nail polish spill-- (Do not recommend you try that at home!) to a VERY satisfactory result. So, my story is that I am a single home owner and I have a lot of little to-do's and I want 1 single source as my go-to. I was skeptical that BDK would actually want to take on my small jobs and to my surprise, Brad and I were able to work out a pricing and work arrangement that will allow me to get things done on my budget and timeline. I am impressed with Brad and his business acumen, and while I have not had any work done yet, I trust that all will go well and that I will update my review to 5 stars. You know, with all the online resources it is actually harder than ever to find a contractor who is willing to do little things. I have emailed and talked to a half dozen contractors who want to charge a lot for minimal jobs. Finding a contractor of quality whom I can trust is a big undertaking, so I feel so good going into this relationship with BDK.

When I called to find out more about the deal I was greeted by Kathy, a very professional administrator who helped me with all my questions and it seemed like the right fit. I was also grateful that they were able to clean my carpet on my last day of my lease. The appointment was scheduled for the last day in March, with an estimated appointment time between 12:30 or 1, and we all know how that can be, waiting for a service to show up. But instead of me waiting, Jason was early! How great is that? He was at my place at noon. Jason was a professional carpet cleaner, very respectful and quick! I had a little bit of moving to do, so as he was cleaning so was I. He was finished by the time I was ready to leave, making this the easiest part of my move. So thank you both to Kathy and Jason for being so attentive. If your looking for quality, please use this company. I will use this company again.

From the very beginning, he was on time, professional, and incredibly communicative. When Kurt came by for the initial consultation, we were planning to replace all the carpet in our basement. But after hearing our situation, he offered a much smarter alternative: only remove part of the carpet and install vinyl flooring in the high-traffic and moisture-prone areas. Not only did this save us money, but the end result looks like the basement was originally designed that way--it's seamless and really elevates the space. Kurt was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and even completed the job much faster than we anticipated. The workmanship was impeccable. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend K and A Restoration!

I had an awful experience with IBI. The entire project was mismanaged (3 different project managers…read morein a 6 month period) with poor communication, poor workmanship, and an owner (Tony) who would rather battle his clients than right any wrongdoing by his company. We had them do three different areas of tilework; kitchen backsplash, powder room floor, and a 225 sq ft sunroom. All three areas had to be redone as the workmanship was such a poor quality. I had to hire a separate company to fix the powder room floor after IBI botched the job twice (see white mosaic tile picture). The kitchen backsplash tile spacing was extremely uneven (the installer used torn pieces of construction paper for spacers) and had to be ripped out and reinstalled. The tile spacing in the sun room (10" dark gray hexagon tiles) was off by as much as .5" in places and tiles had to be removed and reinstalled. The grout color was mixed incorrectly and way lighter than it was supposed to be. On top of all that, the charged us more than double industry standard for the work. We eventually had to take them to arbitration to receive credits that were owed. Almost all of the work was subcontracted. The only work that IBI actually did was install new cabinets. The kitchen was gutted and their "designer" created a layout that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They did not realize this until everything was done and the fridge didn't fit in the space allotted. We were left with a damaged fridge (dented by IBI in the moving process - another matter that was settled in arbitration) that was sticking out 3 feet into our kitchen for months while we battled to get the issue corrected. They eventually had to rip out the cabinets and modify the design so that we could have a standard sized fridge. Save yourself a major headache and avoid Incredible Builders. Hire someone else who can do the job right the first time. Also, be cautious of the positive reviews that are sure to follow this one. Tony has been known to hassle customers who had an ok experience and pressure them to write positive reviews to save face for the company.
