When it comes time guess who I'll choose? 3 months later now and I just had NE M replace a blower motor st one property and diagnose a bad sensor at another. I just had them install two AC units on two additional properties. The moral: good, honest service is rewarded. All work has been performed perfectly and at the low end of the price spectrum.
