    OH MY GOD YOU MUST CHECK OUT THIS SHOWROOM!…read more Echo Systems is incredible. I've never seen a home theater company quite like it. Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions. Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed. Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in. Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions. I'm sure I'll be using Echo Systems for my home video needs in the future.

I cannot say enough about his attention to detail, his quickness in always getting back to me and his overall good nature of working with a non-tech person like me, making sure I understand all that was being done at the time. Tim, the tech person I also have worked with is another great guy who is always professional and patient with me--ready to give me his valued opinion on all the myriad questions I shoot at him. Recently I worked with Reed and was once again was not disappointed in his helpful explanations. You can't go wrong in using this company as they are one of a kind when it comes to service and overall satisfaction. Sadly, nowadays, that is the exception. Trish B.

    Worst company ever terrible. They will scam you they will tell you everything YOU want to hear …read more. don't fall into this they told us we had 3 months to decide if we would like to keep these products next week we lost connections and wanted to cancel and have our cameras that we had originally put back like we had agreed on i have this on video and have messages showing this . They want us to pay them 250$ for there services to come over and scam and 4,000$ for the terrible cameras and services they have we have had our ring camera put back in for our safety . Multiple account of fround found from my Google account saying people are trying to log into my account when only me and my wife have access after telling them about this nothing was done. We made the horrible mistake of getting this system, with undisclosed info…read more Apparently after spending THOUSANDS of dollars on their expensive equipment, you can't access it on your phone EVEN AFTER ITS BEEN PAID OFF without paying for the service fee, which is $68/mo. Ridiculous. So, we told them, we are within the three day time period so we wish to cancel. Everything got installed on 06/14. Today is the FOURTH OF JULY and they still have not come back for their stuff. They have cancelled their appointment twice. I am five months pregnant and have taken off work for TWO whole days, INCLUDING cancelling any potential holiday plans so that they can come. They were supposed to come 06/26 originally, and said at 8am. So I was home. 10:45am rolled around and nothing. I called in and the guy told me, 8-12pm. Sometime between then someone will be over. I waited until 12:45pm and nobody came. Then they said they cancelled and moved it to 06/07. Then the texts shown below came in. The emails began as well, different dates and times. We finally were told July fourth. Here we are yet again, with nothing to do, because we expected them to show. They are flakey, they are insensitive, and quite honestly their practices are immoral at this point. I couldn't imagine putting anyone through this yet alone a pregnant woman. The stress this has caused has been ridiculous. Please, do not make this mistake. I had some neighbors who wanted to get the system and I told them DO NOT. Not after this nightmare.
