Within a few hours of our contact, we had a menu worked out for a very fair price, with delivery and serving in Teague, 45 minutes or more from Corsicana. The Tuesday before the Saturday event, we received word that a vital family member was ill, and rescheduling became necessary. I called Alicia, and her first concern was that my parents were OK. I apologized and asked if it was too late to move to another date and venue with her, and she provided her available Saturdays. A couple of months later, we were able to successfully execute our event in Fairfield, different venue-different town-SAME caterer, and we were ecstatic about the food and service.
