My husband and I cannot sing Elise's praises enough!…read more We both work long hours, and we were looking for someone to stop by and give our lil' pup some attention + love while we're gone. Enter Walk n' Wag! As soon as you fill out a contact form on the website, Elise schedules a complimentary consultation with you. She takes the time to get to know you, your needs, and your pup! I loved that she asked about our pup's daily routine, inquired about any training we would want her to continue to implement, and wanted to know more about our pup's favorite things. She has a well thought out contract that made me feel safe about letting someone in our home and someone handle our pup without us there. We have Elise spend time with our pup about 3 times a week. They connected immediately, which I attribute 100% to Elise's kind spirit and love for animals. Our home is always left spotless and secured, with the only evidence of her visit being 1) a tired pup and 2) a sweet message on a whiteboard describing the fun adventures she and our pup have been on that day. In terms of scheduling, Walk n' Wag is super flexible. We have a standing appointment, which is effortless for us! However, when needed, we've also been able to cancel our recurring appointments, and add extra ones. Elise has been so flexible, and we are so appreciative. Payment is a breeze- we can connect a bank account or use a card using a secure payment platform, without the awkwardness of leaving cash on the counter or mailing a check. My only regret is not being able to utilize this wonderful company more often- if we could have Elise visit 2x a day, we would! We always recommend her to our family + friends, and any neighbors who have pups as well.

When we moved to Indianapolis six months ago we were really struggling to find someone we trusted to come into our home check on and take care of Loki. That's when we met Eric! It is so apparent how much he adores animals and will take care of yours as his own! He came and visited Loki four times over the holidays and when we got back it was clear that Loki had been taken care of and played with, which is important for his high energy! Eric sent videos and photos of Loki when he went to visit, which we loved since we were missing him terribly! In the videos you could hear Loki purring and we could tell he was happy to have Eric's company! Our house was also in much better condition than it usually is after we are away and Loki's litter area looked brand new! We are so glad we found Comfort Zone and can't wait to continue using them every time we are out of town!

Today's small businessman needs all the help they can get BUT when negligence is involved, I am compelled to expose it. I used Alternative pet sitters 3 times after my son left for college, and I had no alternative but to hire out pet sitting when I left town. the first 2 times were 3 day weekends and all seemed to go well. The 3rd time we left for 6 days. Upon our return we found a dry as the desert automatic watering bowl. It was only necessary to fill the 1 gallon water bowl twice during the duration of our absence, and Alternative Pets wasn't able to accomplish this. The 3 mainstays of pet service are Feeding, Watering, and Walking, & Alternative Pet services failed to complete these 3 basics. DO NOT LEAVE YOU PET IN THEIR CARE!

We needed to board our dog for a three-day stay over the Fourth of July weekend, and we needed to…read moredo it last minute. Of course, all of our usual places were all booked up. So as a last-ditch effort, we reached out to Dogtopia in Fishers. They had space for us! They were a lifesaver. One interesting thing that Dogtopia does before they board a dog they've never boarded before is do a little doggie meet-and-greet. Your dog just meets some staff and checks out the facility. It takes about an hour, but my dog loved meeting new people and smelling all of the things. It was slightly inconvenient for me (why can't you just take my dog and take my money?!), but I understand the reasoning behind it. My dog loves people but doesn't like being boarded, but the people at Dogtopia gave him a lot of attention and love, which he loves and made him comfortable. He came back home super chill and not at all stressed, which was a great thing to see. He obviously liked his stay!
