Terrible experience. I had been a patient of Holliston Family Dental for numerous years and during…read moremy most recent cleaning, a new hygienist did not allow me to close my mouth throughout the entire 35 minute cleaning (she would suction out the plaque after scrapping instead of letting me rinse my mouth). This caused the right side of my jaw to pop and immediately become tight and sore. Before getting out from the chair, I let the hygienist know that something did not feel right on the right side of my jaw and she told me that "some people have popping in their jaw all the time, you're fine". I had never had popping or tightness in my jaw until this point. I informed the front desk about this issue and they told me to ice my jaw and to eat soft foods. After 2 weeks of the pain/tightness/popping not improving, I called Holliston Family Dental and they were extremely rude and told me to come back into the office, only to tell me to take Advil. After a month of still no improvement, Holliston Family Dental told me there is nothing that they can do and to go to an oral surgeon for further assistance. They were again, extremely rude and very unwilling to help which made me have to jump through hoops trying to find an available oral surgeon to help me with my pain, tightness, popping, and TMJ in my jaw. I went to an oral surgeon who determined that my right anterior disc in my jaw seems to be dislocated which they said would have been due to the cleaning since I had no issues prior. They referred me to a physical therapist that I then began seeing numerous times a week to help with this issue. This made me take time away from work in order to attend PT. Because physical therapy is considered a "speciality", my insurance does not fully cover the cost of PT. I recently received a bill of $2,000 which I had reached out to Holliston Family Dental to pay since this issue was caused at their dental practice. They informed me that they are not paying for this since they had not heard that there was still an issue in the last couple of months, even though they told me to go to a oral surgeon, who told me to go to PT, since there was nothing that Holliston Family Dental could do on their end. I had been a patient at Holliston Family Dental for years and am extremely disappointed about how they have treated me during this situation. I am still having pain, popping, tightness, and TMJ in my jaw that I will now need to pay out of pocket even though I did not cause this issue. I will not be returning to Holliston Family Dental and highly recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs.

Finally the call came, not to tell us she was ready with the Invisalign but to tell us that she was moving, that all of the records were reviewed and the same course of treatment along with costs were accepted by another orthodontist. We learned that nothing had been started though we were strung along. We learned from this other orthodontist that the price was not agreed upon and there was an increase of $1200. We also learned that the molds taken months earlier and the records were never transferred over and that new molds would be needed. We did receive a check back from Dr. Pardo for the down payment but that's not enough. She accepted our money and gave us false hopes on the course of treatment. She lied to us and as a result of those lies we are now faced with an increase of $1200, a significant delay in the treatment for my daughter, and a change in the treatment process. She made a decision to take our money (cash) KNOWING she was moving. She lied to us that the fees and procedure had been discussed and approved by the new orthodontist KNOWING that it hadn't been discussed and KNOWING that the fee structure was not going to be the same. The course of treatment was not agreed upon. I cannot recommend someone that repeatedly lies. Sorry Dr. Pardo but you have cost us a significant amount of money and now refuse to return our calls. YOUR LIES HAVE COST US.

I started my treatment with the previous owner of the practice who fell ill and suddenly had to sell the practice. Dr. Pardo took over my treatment after only a few months of my braces being on. I have to just say, Dr. Pardo and her staff never let me down. She took over my case and reassured me that getting braces was the best decision I had made for myself. Even though she had taken over my treatment that another Doctor had started, I never felt out of the loop about anything. Everything went so smooth and I was out of braces a few months earlier than I was told in the beginning. I am so happy with the results of my treatment. I have a gorgeous smile that I love showing off. I am getting married in two months and Dr. Pardo and her staff worked with me every step of the way to make sure my braces were off in time. RUDE and MANIPULATIVE - Don't go here…read more Milford Orthodontics WAS a great place to go until recently. I had been a patient here for years when I was younger and had braces. The former orthodontist provided a friendly and informative environment. I returned just weeks ago to get my (broken after years of wear) permanent retainer out to find the place under new leadership. Right from the start, my experience was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment time. When I finally got seated, the wait was even longer for attention from the orthodontist and there was the sense that they had overbooked. Then, the staff was extremely rude to me about one of my medical decisions. The orthodontist and her assistant made it abundantly clear that they thought I was wrong in my decision, even going as far as to refer to my decision sarcastically to each other, right in front of me. What is more unacceptable however, is their attempted manipulation. I won't go into details, but the staff at Milford Orthodontics tried to force me into making a decision that would have cost me money by telling me they had spoken with my mom (which they hadn't) and that she wanted a certain action taken (which, for the record, she didn't) despite the fact that I was 18, and in charge of my own medical decisions. The X-ray found it in his stomach, where it still is. He has been to the ER twice and is terrified of surgery. The staff was apologetic and removed the device after it broke off. But before that, they called to ask if my son could come in at 10:45 instead of first thing, since he didn't have an appointment. I keep thinking about that and how it made us all feel. I know accidents happen and there was no guarantee it wouldn't break. We did assume that would never happen, though. I strongly recommend bringing your kiddo to a place that takes an emergency like this as seriously as we do.

I called and ask to make an apt first would not make one tell i sent them then paperwork whichbwas fine. This office is an hour 30 mins from my house the day of the apt I get a call at 8am my apt was at 830 the call said I was late I told them I have an email with the time on it and that I was not. I get there at 8:15 and office was closed. I called and they said I was at wrong office again email conform I was not. I drove extra 20 mins and got there. The Dentis himself was very nice and look at my daughter and made a plan for end of Feb. The dentist said need a physical 30days before she went under. I called got an apt early in month which was fine. The Dentist said just needed to bring paperwork with me day of apt. I then get an email saying my apt was on monday Feb 23 I told then that apt was Tues 24. Then got a text saying apt was at 12pm on 24th the Dentist told me I would not get tiĺl day before the apt. Then I get an email saying they need the information from the Doctor office. Thank God I made an early apt because Dentist himself told me not to do tell middle of month and know saying if dont have paperwork tomorrow they will cancel my daughter apt. This offer so bad.
