I was desperately in need of a house cleaning last minute and Joselyn the owner was very friendly and responsive. She came the day before and did an eval of the home and gave me her prices, which I appreciated it, as some businesses will give you a rate and change up on you as they clean. She was fully transparent in her prices and services. She came back with her employee the next day and right on time! They did everything I asked them to do and really did a great job cleaning all the bathrooms and got all the grime and stains out of the showers and toilets! They even cleaned up all the clutter I left out! I would definitely recommend. read more

Joselyn never showed up. Joselyn also Rescheduled in next 2 weeks. I even text her night before. She said okay. She also said can I come 1 hour earlier? I said sure that will work too. Well guess what. No show again. I text her and no response. If you schedule an appointment. It would be nice to show up. And this happens not once but twice. I even reminded her night before. So yeah she's bad. read more

If there's an option for 0 star, then that's what this place deserves. I called this place and spoke with Joselyn to come in for house cleaning. Originally, it was scheduled on Sunday two weeks ago. She never showed up. When I texted her to see what happened, she quickly apologized and said she totally forgot about the appointment. Fine. I thought I'll give her a 2nd chance. We rescheduled for her to come again this morning at 9am. Last night, she texted me and asked if she could come at 8am instead. Fine. We agreed to meet earlier at 8am. I waited and waited. 8:15, 8:30. No show. I finally texted her and asked if we're meeting. No response, nothing. Never called, never texted. I'm very surprised to see all these 5 star reviews on Yelp. Her service is far far away from what I'm experiencing. DO NOT waste yout time with this place! read more

I needed a deep "move out" cleaning of a home that I was putting on the market for sale. I had already had three in home estimates and Simply Freshly was the forth. I wasn't comfortable with any of the other companies that I met with so far. I was having the carpets shampooed and only had time in the morning that day to meet with Joselyn, but she was accommodating and was able to get there early before the carpet cleaning was scheduled. Her original quote was a little high, but we were able to agree on a fair price and I was very comfortable with her professionalism. The home was cleaned today and I couldn't be happier with the results. It will look great in the listing photos and will present well to prospective buyers. Thank you Joselyn and your crew. Job well done. read more

Perspective from a Property Manager (for tenant cleanup): Not sure how long they have been in business, but their attention to detail is great! I had to clean up after the tenant's family (with kids) moved out. The house was essentially used pretty well. Joselyn was quick to make arrangements to come visit the house for an estimate. I asked for the whole house to be cleaned, and to call back when they were about to finish so I could inspect/assess their quality of service. It was immaculate!! bathroom countertops had no residue, glass shined. toilet cleaned and prepped. closet doors (inside and out), rooms vacuumed, wooden floors mopped and glistened. staircase railings wiped. floorboard scrubbed. no more spiderwebs. Ceiling corners and lights were dusted. The front door (inside) had no signs of shoe marks/dirt/leaves. The front door and backyard itself (inside and outside) were washed down and the handles were wiped clean. (Even though not part of the contract and service: she even wiped the downstairs kitchen windows on the outside too. So caring and thoughtful) Washer/Dryer was even cleaned up (detergent tray, lint trap, checked/cleaned mold in between seal, and dusted behind the machines). She even pulled out the refrigerator to clean the back side and floor, checking for trash/dirt/dust. Kitchen was thorough. microwave and stove wiped, gas stove cleaned from oil residue (including inside the air vent/grease mesh). sink wiped and polished. Windows were nasty. Dirt in between the track and net mesh. Now, it feels/looks brand new. no residue or sticky spots afterward. She even found some kitchen tools left behind by the tenant and put them aside. I asked her to report any damages she found as they cleaned. Good thing too. They found 2 areas I overlooked and a broken shower valve. The dishwasher was currently running/cleaning cycle when I arrived, as the team was finalizing touchups. When I arrived to check the work, she followed along with me and told me what they had done. I appreciate the honesty, clear communication, and integrity of her work. Going extra to make sure the cleaning is thorough is a huge plus. For the price, I would say it is worth it. It's a big house with lots of rooms. The service took about 7-1/2 to 8 hours. (On a side note, the team was wearing aprons and t shirts with their logo and color. They definitely want to portray professionalism in detail, just like their quality of work). Now, I am no longer stressed about doing second-time cleaning or needing to restock supplies and schedule time to come to finish up what was missed. (Much more thorough and better service than my previous service). It's a one-time, and done! read more

I decided I wanted to find a regular cleaning service so I saw some good reviews regarding Simply Freshly Cleansed. I sent an inquiry and quickly heard back from Joselyn. She set up an appointment quickly to meet with me regarding my needs. I decided to give her a try with a first deep cleaning and then if all was good schedule regular service. Joselyn got back quickly with a time and date. The team of 2 including Joselyn showed up on time and did all I requested. They did exactly what I wanted and listened to my needs and if not sure asked questions. I found the price about the same as others or less. Joselyn is very professional and nice. I would recommend you give Simply Freshly Cleansed a try if you are looking for reliable, reasonably priced and quality work. read more

She just couldn't be better. She is professional, arrived on time and communicates well with us. She does a thorough job and is willing to take on extra duties as requested. She is honest and reliable and always flexible whenever we have asked her to change the days and hours she works. We could not be happier with her work and recommended her to neighbors. Thank you! read more

I had spoken with a couple of other services before contacting Joselyn. We needed a move-out cleaning of 3 bathrooms, a fridge, and all floors throughout the house (a combination of hardwood and marble). Joselyn arrived on time for the estimate. We very easily and reasonably negotiated the cost and day/time for the cleaning. (I can't say that about the other two services.) Joselyn texted me on the scheduled morning to let me know she could arrive early. Perfect. She and Abbi went right to work. Both ladies were quick, professional, thorough, and respectful. When they were done (taking almost exactly the amount of time she had estimated for the job) everything was spotless and the whole house smelled wonderfully fresh--not chemically or perfumed. I don't usually write reviews, but Simply Freshly Cleansed deserves this wholehearted 5-star appraisal. Well Done, ladies!!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Joselyn and her employee. I called her after I got out of the hospital and she came the same day and walked through the house and gave me a very reasonable price. She scheduled me two days later for the cleaning. They were prompt and went right to work. I can't tell you how nice the house looked after they were gone. I would recommend her to anyone who wants the old fashion business care where she makes sure the customer is always happy. read more

Joselyn and her crew were wonderful. They took a vacant home that had not been cleaned for some time and made it look clean and fresh. They scrubbed the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors as well as washed inside and outside of all windows. Cleaned all shelves throughout the house as well as took care of cobwebs, ceiling light fixtures and all else that was needed to make it presentable to put on the market. I now have Simply Freshly Cleaned on my favorites so I may use them again. read more

Absolutely amazing! The Simply Freshly Cleansed crew went above and beyond for our first time clean. Never had housekeeping support before, so we did not know what to expect. This is unbelievably worth the money for working parents. I don't want my Sundays to be solely about cleaning. With the services provided, we can have our weekends back to spend time with our kids. read more
