When I walked into McGivern, I was immediately greeted and treated so kindly. Staff went the extra mile to help me and explain the timing, cost and options. My resizing and appraisals were completed in about 7 days which I thought was remarkable. My next trip in, I decided to resize a bracelet and reset a ring. Mike personally helped me and was incredibly helpful.
