I bought a brand new 2020 Lexus ES350 F Sport, this vehicle was straight off the Lott and I had only had it for about a month. One day I took the vehicle out of my garage and noticed a dent on the passenger side of my car, I was immediately upset and looked around the car for any additional dents, sure enough I found another dent on the back driver side roof line. I called around to see about paint-less dent removal and after speaking with a representative at Gerber Collinson here in Menifee, they referred me to Simply Dents. I'll tell you the process was simple and seamless. John asked me to text some photos of the damage, gave me a rough estimate over text and we scheduled an appointment. He was delayed a bit but kept me informed prior to showing up at the rescheduled time. He was very pleasant and interactive with my questions and or concerns. During the process we discovered some additional dents that I couldn't see and again I found another dent right before he left. John took care of all the dents with an updated price that we agreed upon and the car looks fantastic. I'm still upset about the situation, which had nothing to do with Simply Dents, but thank goodness a company like this exists. It was quick and easy. John did an excellent job on the car door. My wife and I were pleased. My neighbor was also at our house watching John perform his magic on the car ding. Well deserved 5-stars in my book. Keep up the good work. Now for the big question? Yes, I would recommend Simply Dents and John's services to anyone looking to fix a dent on their vehicle. John was honest. He'll tell you if he can or cannot fix the dent or if he can. I asked John to look at a dent on my truck. John, the owner at Simply Dents is simply great. He recently fixed a small but very difficult to reach dent on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. It was the first dent ever and I wanted it fixed right now. the dent was on a cab pillar which is doubled walled and not accessible plus I didn't want to drill any holes. He worked with some sort of super glue and a dent puller and got most of the dent out and here's where he truly went the extra mile. He said he could get to the dent if the rear glass was removed. I said that's better than painting so I went for it. He made all the arrangements with the glass shop and then went there to fix the dent. The repair was nearly perfect on a job that would normally be unrepairable by most other PDR companies. Excellent work, friendly, on time, responsive and VERY fair pricing. Convenient and quick!!! I've used this company several times for years due to their great work however this time I was especially impressed. My wife was out shopping at the mall for a few Black Friday deals. She had parked our brand new 2018 Honda Accord (Not even 2 weeks old) in the crowded parking lot. Later on when she wasnt there, some jackass opened their car door repeatedly onto the drivers door leaving paint marks and a dent the size of a dime, then took off....Pfft....Thanks :( The next morning (Saturday) I contacted John at Simply Dents. Today I texted John pictures of my car which he told me to do. He called me and asked me what happened to my car. I told him I got in an accident in the drive though car wash. I told him they gave me money for the accident. After I told him that he told me it would cost 400-800 dollars. I told him that I was still going to call for a couple more quotes. I guess he assumed that I didn't want his service because a couple minutes later he texted me back with a very rude text telling me that it sounds like I'm out to get money from my insurance. And asked do I want cheap or quality work. I was a little taken back because I actually was still considering using him before this. I planned on calling other places too because that's what you do, you shop around. I have a feeling he was upset that I didn't agree for him to do it after talking with him. I text him back telling him that was rude to assume and that I actually don't want cheap work done over quality and that I don't want to get taken advantage of ! It's pretty sad I was treated so rude and with disrespect. I see he has a lot of good reviews but I unfortunately was mistreated.
