SO HAPPY with Simply Dental!! Our wonderful experience with Simply Dental started with their prompt responses to our email and phone outreach. I called other clinics and language barrier was an issue. The patient coordinator, Andy, spoke perfect English and answered all of my (many and specific) questions thoroughly. He made me feel valued as a potential client and walked through the process of their dental practice, pricing, and timing of making crowns, root canals, along with whitening and cleanings, etc which meant getting a hotel nearby for the 2-3 days to complete the list of dental work. There's also Andy's detailed steps with crossing the border, which was helpful and greatly appreciated. He explained the options of driving or walking across the border, where to park, Andy shared hotel recommendations, and travel tips. It was easier in the summer slower months vs snowbird season. Don't forget your passport! Then once you are actually at the clinic, you're greeted by very friendly staff. Many techs and service reps! Thank you Doris, Carla, Andy, and Jesus! Nice offering of coffee+water in the lobby, good WiFi, the clinic is clean, safe and after being there for hours and days, it's comfortable... as much as it can be for dental work. Dr. Santiago was awesome -- Friendly and professional. I appreciated his communications-- questions and checking in on how I was doing, he explained what he's doing, and made honest recommendations. Thank you Dr. Santiago for your honesty and great dental work! Between fillings, bleaching a dead tooth, and the need for two crowns, we were in the chair and office a long time. But necessary. Overall worth it!! Why did we drive 3+hours to Los Algodones to get dental work done? Costs. Their pricing is beyond fair and great. We'll be returning for all major dental work. I came upon Simply Dental watching an RV travel video. I required some dental work that was around 20K. After doing a deep dive into Simply Dental I decided to make the 4.5 hour drive. Arriving for my appointment I was taken back at my appointment time. The front office staff are very professional and friendly. After x-rays and photos I returned and waited for the evaluation. After about 20 minutes I was called and they reviewed my choices. I knew everything that needed to be done from two other quotes done in the US. I also knew the manufacturer of materials used. Their plan was spot on, three implants, crowns, root canal and crown. Cost 8200. It's been about a year 1.5 yrs and I am very happy with the work that was done. It's a process so I had to return a few times.My last visit was to have my teeth cleaned again while my wife had her invisalign checked. The doctor came in and looked over his work, all is well All the doctors were very thorough and detailed on their work, Very impressed with the group and would highly recommend them. DO NOT GO HERE! My husband had a root canal performed here and when the specialist arrived he operated on the WRONG TOOTH! ...In spite of the fact that the tooth that needed the root canal already had the existing crown removed and post prepared and was sitting there obvious. This specialist instead went ahead and operated on the tooth right next to it, wtf?! When my husband discovered what had happened we asked the front desk crew to make it right and at least preform the root canal and crown still needed for free. They not only refused but stood their ground by saying this specialist was a less preferred doctor and they wouldn't normally have called him. They refunded our money and then said we should be happy he received a free root canal!!! On a perfectly healthy tooth!!! They were uncompromising, rude, and unsympathetic. Choose another dentist. With Simply Dental, you will have zero assurances they will preform the procedure you pay for or that they even care if they don't. For real, this place is dangerous. read more

I had a full set of dentures made here. Never fit right tried 2 adjustments but still not good enough. After helping friend through cancer made appointment to have new set made. Was told by dentist that the dentist that made my dentures was no longer there so nothing he was willing to do. Wasted $850.00 on this place. If you go tread carefully because I don't recommend them to anyone. Treated like dirt today by new dentist.. horrible experience read more

I was apprehensive until I went to the clinic the first day for my evaluation. The Clinic is top notch with staff that are not only friendly but speak English beautifully. The Dentists I worked with were very knowledgeable and even let me know that I didn't need some of the work my dentist back in Washington State said I needed to have done. My new porcelain crowns look great and my implants are healing nicely. I couldn't be happier with my care at Simply Dental. I plan on returning in November for more work. read more

I was born in Texas, live in Northern Nevada. encountered the Worst Dentist in California / Nevada at lake tahoe.. That dentist ruined my teeth (upper). After several Bad encounters with a couple of bad dentists at Los Algondones Mx., I found SIMPLY DENTAL .. Thank God ! .. Dr Gaspar is a modern day great dentist. and has a Great Staff ! All of them. Does it All ... Implants, Dentures, etc. Honest as the day is long. When I think of Simply Dental , I think of the song by Tina Turner .... " YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST ...... BETTER THAN ALL THE REST !!! I just finished having 22 veneers put on. I made my appt with Dr. Maurice in early Dec 2021. Went for a consultation. He did a full analysis, x-rays and exam. He talked about the process, the options and provided a treatment plan. I felt very comfortable, safe, very clean office, very professional and all spoke fluent English. I went back in early January for the first part - prep - then went back yesterday for the final. I am very happy with the results!! I had an oral surgery at Simply Dental, I found after care to be quite poor. No instructions regarding what to expect in terms of pain/swelling and care of the site, I had to look it up online to figure if the amount of swelling and pain were expected, this is not so easy while in pain and I couldn't find any info about the specific procedure I had. a couple of weeks after surgery I was still in a lot pain, I called the clinic 6 or 7 times requesting to talk to the dentist in order to understand if I need to be alarmed or not. They kept promising a call back from the Dentist, that never happened so I simply gave up. 3 weeks later I still had suture in my mouth, is that normal? pain relief prescription was minimal with NSAID (below the recommended dose from manufacturer and I had to supplement regularly with more over the counter NSAID) . I called to get a copy of my X ray and CT scan, after calling multiple times and a full week wait for what is already in their computer I finally received the CT scan images but not the Xray. gave up on that one as well. wait time was a couple of hours for a scheduled appointment. Dentist put a drape over my face for the procedure claiming it was for my protection, I really didn't get that. not being able to see on top of the stress of oral surgery is absolutely unnecessary. He finally took it off when I insisted since he was using the drape to hold instruments, as if my face was not under the drape. I As for the outcome of the procedure, it will be few months before it can be evaluated, I have no intention to go back to the same clinic for the evaluation or successive treatment. read more

I was in SIMPLY DENTAL last week gotten 10 Root Canals, 1 Extraction + my Bf got his root canals, and Crown put on... So far so good! I was So scared [ very bad experiences in us way too many times ] Believe or not when I was getting the Root Canals... I was keep on falling asleep... ( he only numb my teeth ) He's amazing! Didn't feel any pain at all!. I figured that I'm going to feel the pain after the Novocaine were off... But nothing! Still no pain! & While he's doing the procedure he would put something in my mouth periodically ( I think x-ray ) look at the monitor... Then when the tooth he was working on... If complete on the bottom of the screen # started to scanned when it reaches 100% He moved on to the next one... So you know that one's Absolutely done! He didn't move outta the chair, didn't stop working till it was done! I felt lil bad... The man is very METICULOUS!... Benjamin! He's the Best for Root Canals! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Thanks! Run! Don't walk from this place. 2 porcelain crowns for cheap ($200 ea). One fell off before I arrived home that eve. The porcelain bond had completely flaked off and the cement failed. Second crown failed within a month and a poor installation created pockets for catching food and infection. A few weeks and a toothache later I had it also replaced by a real dentist in California. read more

I had broken chipped veneers and some cracks and breaks in other teeth. A bit of mess. My Father in Law suggested Mexico. At first I was, like ahhhh. Seemed like alot to do, a long way to go and just not knowing what to expect was the feeling. So I had my local dentist quote the complete job (11 crowns) I won't say how much but it was very very expensive and he needed about a month to do the work. I heard that Simply Dental in Algadones, Mexico had a good reputation for getting things done right. So that was my choice. First day was consultation and then doctor started the work, a few hours prepping my teeth for crowns. The 2nd day I was off while they made the crowns. I played at the casino and went sightseeing! About an hour and a half on the 3rd day and I was on my way home. Dr. Daniel B. And assistant we're both very professional. There experience shined through. Incredibly fast work. Unbelievably great value. A small fraction of what I was going to spend up here. I'm so glad I decided to go for it! Quick tip, don't take the bait for a better deal from the "salesmen" when you first cross the border. There are lots of options for your care.
