I have not used this company, but... I feel like I need to give them 5 stars based on their name…read more This holds as much merit as Andrea's review that was based on the way one person on their staff drove at one particular time of this companies existence. Don't damage a companies ability to get work because of traffic violations. That's ridiculous. Also, scary to think that someone who had a stent of erratic driving could be doing electrical work at your house? Please. You have never had someone over for dinner to your house and thought, "I hope they drove with expert precision, otherwise this dinner could get out of hand." No one cares.

Horrible Customer service!…read more This review has nothing to do with the electricians themselves but the female owner of the company. We called and made an appointment for installing a Coax cable outlet so we could have an internet connection. This home is a brand new construction home and we had only lived there two days before this appointment. They told us it would be no problem and showed up at 9 am. The electricians were at our house for about ten minutes and left to get supplies, they were gone for another hour and ten minutes. When they returned after about twenty minutes they said they could not do the job because they needed to locate a main electrical cable panel in the home. We did not know where this was so they called their boss (We later found the panel after they left). We overheard the entire conversation they had with her. She asked if we were really old (to imply incompetence), they told her we were young which she thought explained why we didn't know where the panel was. Next, she told her workers to waste another 45 minutes acting like you're looking for the panel then charge for two hours ($150 an hour) and leave not doing any work. At this point my husband and I are furious and asked if we could call their boss back. The workers have been at our house a total of 40 minutes and wanted to charge two hours of work when they did absolutely nothing. The woman answered and after my husband asked why we had to pay for two hours of no work she told him he was an ignorant asshole. She then continued to insult us by saying "I bet your mommy and daddy bought that house for you, maybe you should take some money out of it to get an education." My husband and I are both military veterans with college degrees and have worked very hard to get where we are. She didn't care at all and threatened to send collections if we didn't pay her outrageous price for no work and continued insults. She asked her workers to waste time and charge for it, she insulted us over the phone with her worker knowing nothing about us, then she insulted my husband on the phone personally. NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!

The staff, especially Kirsten and Jody, are fantastic. So ready to help with answering questions, offering suggestions. They were prompt with getting us information and quotes and their service was friendly and professional. That support didn't end after our purchases. Kirsten continued to help us with distributors and getting timely delivery of products. Being able to look at, touch, and test products at their showroom made all the difference in the choosing of almost everything--from cabinet nobs, to vanity and shower fixtures. For example, I love our shower head. Being able to see multiple showers heads functioning with running water in the showroom allowed us to make the best choice for our preferences. I'm looking forward to working on the next project with them.

We went through this business for all faucets, sinks, and toilets for our new house. This was one…read morethe most frustrating experiences we had during the entire construction process. That had to do with the fact that this business is completely beholden to the plumbers. They will NOT reveal the prices of their products. I accepted that we had to work through the plumber for these purchases if we wanted any type of warranty. I didn't like that fact, but it's how this process works. What bothered me was the lack of honesty throughout this process. Here's how the game worked: We had an overall budget for fixtures. The plumber told us to use this store to select our fixtures, with no idea what products fit into our budget. We went through the store with the salesperson and selected what we liked. Later we were told the price for our selections, which was thousands of dollars beyond our budget. So, we went back and tried again, in a sort of guessing game, to stay within budget. I ended up having to contact the plumber and my builder and threatened to freeze the entire construction project unless I had accurate info. In the end we did at least stay in budget by selecting the products that the plumber had based his bid on. Prior to that we couldn't even find out that info. The salesperson was friendly, but clearly was in the position of not being able to reveal info to us because of the store's relationship with the plumber. So, my complaint is with the store's relationship with plumbers. That ends up feeling like a very manipulative process. I don't feel we gained anything from working with this store. They were able to guide us to products in their store, but the selection is limited compared to what I could find at major stores like Home Depot. We compromised on our product preferences because we were put into the position of having to work with this business. If you are building a house, be sure to be clear on your budget and options up front, and refuse to play this game with this, or any other business.
