This is located behind the shopping center on the north side of the street. It has a small parking lot. The menu isn't that huge either, which makes it easier to choose something. A regular coffee is good with anything. It's about $2 for a regular size. Bagels are one of the food options. These are about $1 each, which is also about the cost of a pastry. My husband and I love simply cinnamon! We found it on a whim, and go at least once or twice a week. Their coffee is our favorite but their cookies and other food is delicious too. The staff is friendly and very helpful! My only complaint is sometimes you have to wait in a long line, but that's just because it's so good! read more

For as long as I can remember, the staff has had bad attitudes (even with people coming and going). Never have I been to a place with staff that are only rude and sarcastic. The cookies are pretty good, but you can buy the same quality, and better, elsewhere. Sandwiches can be made at home for much cheaper and you won't be afraid of someone spitting in your food if you make it at home (at least I hope!). Not worth the time or money. Wow, what a gem. I really wish I could just pick up this little coffee shop and put it right next to my house. They have a wonderful variety of drinks and I love my "fancy" coffee. I tried the cinnamon toast crunch drink and it was really good, and for a small, it was pretty big. The sweets in the display looked absolutely amazing and those were by far the BIGGEST cinnamon rolls I've ever seen, and for a good price. I noticed the reviews said the service is slow, and I would agree, because with one person just making one drink at a time it will take longer. But whoever served us was a really nice young woman. Like I said I wish I could pick this place up and put it next to my house because I enjoyed my experience so much. But I live in Massillon and coming here is too far out of my way. I've been to Simply Cinnamon several times including an important breakfast coffee meeting and of course, to put a smile on either my father or wife's faces because of their cinnamon buns! They are so huge, I actually bought one for my father on his 89th birthday which made his birthday the most unique he ever experienced! In fact, I think they even gave me a candle! It's unfortunate that one negative review can have such an impact when only a couple reviews exist. I'm taking the time to highly recommend Simply Cinnamon because of my experience with a very helpful and courteous staff and I know several others that love them as much as my family does! read more

I love Simply! It is one of my regular spots! It is a great place to go and hangout with a friend and have a treat. They always have it decorated cute for the holidays! There is a nice range of menu options. The chicken salad and stuffed pepper soup is my favorite for lunch! They have about every flavor latte you can imagine (and to those who say it is watered down, I frequently get drinks here and they literally put in milk, espresso, and the flavoring, so unless you get skim milk I don't see how it is.) You can't really go wrong with dessert! The cinnamon rolls are as big as your face and they have so many different cookie options, and are usually willing to do different cutouts shapes like for a baby shower or birthday party. I will say they are a small locally owned business (it changed owners a few years back.) There are like 4 tables, and half the time I think they only have one employee working. It's a small place, sometimes there is gonna be a line/wait. So if you are looking for fast food just go to McDonald's. I definitely prefer this Mom and Pop Shop! First time here and have to say the cinnamon rolls were amazing, but that was about it. 25 min to get 2 drinks and a cinnamon roll. They weren't busy at all. The poor guy in front of us was checking his watch because of how long it took to make his salad. No sense of urgency. Top it off with the coffee tasted like it was made with soup stock, and the creamer was spoiled. Tried to say something to the only person working there but she disappeared into the back room and didn't resurface. Wasn't waiting around as we were going to be late for our next appointment. The inside is really cute and I like the eco-friendly cups; however, it was $1 extra for almond milk and they don't even have soy milk! Other places charge 25-50¢ for non-dairy milk, so I think $1 is a bit outrageous. read more

Been here three times tried the pumpkin latte and vanilla latte both each time was watered down. Last year when I was there asked the girl about the pumpkin rolls they had advertised for orders and she said she knows nothing about them! Staff has no personality. Delicious. Stumbled upon this place accidentally and I can't stop talking about it! Great bakery and beverages.

We have lived in the area for about 10 years and today we gave this place about their 5th chance, but it's the same thing every time. Slow service (don't seem to have enough people, or fast people, scheduled to work), just OK food (today the muffins were stale but tasted ok) and they could do better with keeping the dining area and bathroom cleaner. They seem to have some steady traffic for gourmet coffees and maybe that's what keeps this place going. Honestly, it's surprising they are still in business. I'd rather just go to McDonalds for a muffin and a coffee. read more

Food is decent, but sometimes stale. Drinks aren't great. Depending on what day you go in, not very kind staff. Cookies are good and we've bought many, only to be treated horribly. A friend and I had gone in to buy cookies. We had drinks from the gas station which the woman obviously saw. We sat down to eat the cookies and when I opened the drink the woman went off on us. She was screaming and telling us to get out. The other lady working had to tell her to calm down and that we were fine. Not how I want to be treated. read more
