I'd give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery and set up fee that appears at checkout. So while you're shopping you'll see the bounce house price. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. There were gaps in the tiles that could have presented a trip and fall hazard to ladies in heels. I couldn't take that risk. So far, they do not want to give me any type of refund- full or partial. I will update this review. I do not recommend this company.
