We ended up renting their biggest slide for 8+ hours. I reached out to the store and talked to Steve. After telling him what I was looking for he was super helpful and sent over a quote right after we got off the phone. Signed it that day and put a deposit down. They showed up 30 minutes early with the slide on the day of. The crew that dropped it off looked pretty young so I was even more impressed when they nailed the set up so quickly. We were filling up the slide 15 minutes later. Even though the day was a bit chilly at 77 degrees - it didn't keep anyone off the slide for long. Some things I learned since this was my first really big inflatable purchase: - Make sure you have an outlet within 100ft of the inflatable and you probably won't need a generator (depending on your voltage) - The extension cord they provided was a 14 gauge but I switched it out with my 12 gauge lighted cord since we were going to run it continuously for so long. - Use U-Shaped ground anchors to stake the extension cord and water hose to the ground to prevent tripping after set up - and make a couple of yellow tripping hazard sign so no one can sue you.

The booking process was straightforward, just make sure to add priority delivery and pick-up to your initial booking. Of course, there is an extra charge, but it's worth it. The gentleman arrived on time, were very polite, and worked with us to set up the inflatable in a location that would be good for the kids. They pointed out several small considerations I hadn't taken into account. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vendor.

I booked a bounce house last minute on the eve of a busy holiday weekend and they made sure they'd have something for me. Prices were competitive as well. I'd give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery and set up fee that appears at checkout. So while you're shopping you'll see the bounce house price. And then price increases quite a bit once you're about to input your credit card number. Nothing major but just a budget surprise.

ALL! -Prompt polite communication, updates via text and phone regarding timing of drop off, and pick up. -Set up was the most organized, thorough, and safe I've ever witnessed. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. There were gaps in the tiles that could have presented a trip and fall hazard to ladies in heels. I couldn't take that risk. So far, they do not want to give me any type of refund- full or partial. I originally rented a 20x30 tent from Rose Party Rentals, scheduled for delivery the next day. When…read morethe setup crew arrived, they told me I actually needed a framed tent because part of it would be over a patio. I was surprised as I had mentioned on the phone that the tent was partially covering a patio, and no concerns were raised. I understand if this was my mistake, but called right away to switch to a 20x20 tent that would fit entirely on the grass. I appreciate that I was only charged a $25 tent change fee, but I still had to pay the full price for the 20x30 tent, even though I was getting the smaller one. This was because the tent had been put as "unavailable" only 12 hours before. That was a $100 difference. On top of that, I was charged another delivery and setup fee, even though the original tent was never set up. I may have made a mistake here, but it feels like the situation was taken advantage of. The setup team was the best part of the whole experience.
