Shouldn't she need this prior to the appointment? Was she going to go over it while I was in the office after I finished filling out all the paperwork. They called me prior to my appointment to make sure I filled out all my important paperwork before the appointment and it was literally just a HIPAA form. Why didn't they have me fill out all my background information that would take at least 20 minutes to fill out before my appointment? I left and when I called the office after to explain why I was upset, she said to talk to the therapist. So the therapist called and said that she'd let front desk know. All-in-all, worst experience I've ever had. I lasted 3 minutes at that office. 0/10.
