Also told $400 for installation including color and styling every 4 months, so $1400 every 4 months versus paying monthly $375 and hair good for about a year. I thought I was going to save $100. The day of the installation when she grabbed the boxes, she said it was only 3, that she was confused with someone else , red flag! then at cashier, was supposed to pay now $800 installation + tip, not the $1400 quoted initially, more like $1800 + tip. I have an elephant memory, but I don't like my intelligence to be insulted. So if you insist on going there for a consultationor whatever, get everything in writing and detailed or you will get surprises, unless you don't care and have a bottomless budget. i always trust and verify and like to receive what I paid for. I was promised the invoice showing the number of packs and never got and she mentioned a "paper" where everything was written down, no such thing! just the receipt for the $1,000 extensions and no quantity. My grandma now goes to her and this was my first time switching over to her. She was AMAZING fitting me in a little last notice (my vacay snuck up on me and I DESPERATELY needed a hair cut). We had a miscommunication about my appointment time and she went so far above and beyond to make it up to me. Plus I have cancer and am going to have to back on chemo which really thins my hair. She was so kind and considerate of this and helped me pick a style that would keep my hair looking thicker. I honestly just can't say enough good things about her. After she was done, I told her I wanted it shorter as the picture shows. Then I had to have her trim the sides because she barely cut them and the cut I showed her was a big difference from my hair then. I wanted volume at the top but she said she would cut underneath on my crown to give volume but it didn't. I came home and did a lot of trimming to get it a little more like I wanted it but because I'm not a pro, it still isn't what I want. I'll let it grow and go somewhere else. Granted, I did this at like 2 in the Morning, desperate for a hair salon that I can get into, and used my photo search for some recent photos and got one of them wrong.. I did submit them thinking I had submitted my most recent but one of those 3 I believe was incorrect on its date stamp. They had notified me of this and that's when I realized that a photo I submitted wasn't of my most recent, as they asked. Now their process is unique but very lengthy so we went back and forth via email for a while and I had apologized for the mistake and I received her thoughts on integrity with a client and so forth and I absolutely agreed and understood and to my knowledge I really didn't send an incorrect photo purposely. I actually had 2 other photos that were taken that night so just really an error on my part, that I had apologized for and for which they agreed to move forward with doing my hair. I thought, this is awesome, finally Im going to get this hair handled. Well they asked me a plethora of questions and I answered them and I also let them know that my experiences in Florida have all been not good. I have been in Florida since 2021 and I get my hair done once a year, thats 3 hair appointments since 2025, I haven't had one. They asked about my hair products and so forth and I answered. So from hearing that I was a good match to then get an email saying I am not a good match really contradicted the integrity portion that they emailed me about, because here they were going back on their word. I was first shocked but then very disappointed due to hearing yes and then no. I have extremely long hair, to my hips to be exact and I have usually done full foils and a gloss with a natural brown base but the 3 times that Ive gotten it done here, at salons and paid $300 plus each time, They gave me reddish brown and zero dimension so absolutely Im going to share that nobody has gotten it right since I've been here. I appreciate their filtering process and I think that they should have kept their word and carried out the part that they agreed to. I am a firm believer in doing what you say even if you make a mistake. That's integrity and character. Im not here to bash them or their shop or their filtering process. Im sharing my own experience and I hope that they learn from this as I have and they keep to their original word. The vetting process was great but the overall result was mixed and extremely disappointing. Although I believe that the end result didn't uphold the integrity that was communicated, they were extremely respectful and professional in their emails and I do appreciate that, however, the process was long and took time and effort and didn't work out as it should have. Something to reflect upon as a possibility while applying, essentially for a hair appointment here.

My hair was always in rough shape from constantly changing my style/look (part of being in the business) but since listening to her recommendations my hair is the healthiest it's ever been (and my color is ALWAYS on point) Her studio is absolutely stunning, she always has cold drinks for you during your stay, and her assistant Dianna treats you like an old friend (and she gives the BEST head massages). Called to setup an appointment, staff was super friendly and accommodating for time we were available. I received a confirmation text and a reminder text for the appointment which were friendly and greatly appreciated. On day of the appointment, staff was wearing masks and following CDC guidelines. (Thank you!) My daughter had a fantastic time with a wonderful wash, great cut, and super cute blow dry. The entire salon is decorated cute yet very professional. It was clean and not stuffy feeling. She was all smiles when leaving. Mikayla did such a great job and helping her feel good. (Thank you as she has had major anxiety about everything going on.)
