Calizone is very good but the Stromboli is even more amazing! Friendly people working.

Crimes is what was perpetrated to a Big 8 calzone and Stromboli. I don't know what Italian food ever did to your staff but seriously this was bad. Who hacks up a calzone and Stromboli into pieces and into uneven pieces? Who hurt you? Please seek help! I should have known the moment I opened the box and immediately took a picture of this blasphemy that this was going to be bad. The felony of it all, the outside just toasted to the point of almost too far, yet there was some parts of uncooked dough. I could keep going on the litany of wrong with these items but I'll stop, just like this place should. I'm still mad about this and it's been 24 hours since the incident. read more

The customer service is friendly. We tried The, chicken, wings, salad, bar, and of course, pizza.

Ordered 10 pizzas for a group party the other day and they were delicious! Service was excellent, everything ready right on time, and price was great! New owners are making a huge difference! It's clean, stocked, and friendly!! Def need to try it! read more

I ate at the one in Glenpool with some friends, it was suprisingly good... probably one of the best thin crust pizzas I've had in years... Then I made the mistake of going to the one in Bixby. Good god, how could two places that should be the same be so disgustingly different. I foolishly stopped at the one in Bixby at lunch time and had the buffet... I should have know when I went in and the place was completely void of customers that something was amiss... well apparently most of the locals knew this place was garbage. Funny, but every pizza they had out had two things in common... pepperoni which I'm not a fan of... and the pizzas were so old and stale they should have been tossed. Tried a cheese bread, and it was even more stale than the pizza. I considered the salad but given how poor the pizza was I was afraid it might give me food poisoning. I will go to the one in Glenpool... but even if I was starving I wouldn't stop at the one in Bixby, the place was horrible... pizza in a my refrigerator from a week ago would have been better than what they served. Don't go... get a frozen pizza.. get a cardboard picture of pizza... either one would be better than the Simple Simon's garbage. read more

Staff is very short and quite rude. The salad is a joke. Pizza keeps getting smaller. If you want pizza and good service go else where.

This is a cute little pizza chain mostly in Oklahoma that is really good and reasonably priced. Tried the Keto friendly pizza instead of a bowl today and it was so delicious. The employees said that we were the first to actually order one so it was gonna be his first time making one, lol. Well, he nailed it because it was a lot bigger than I expected and it was done just right. I figured it would be because he took his time with it which was alright with me and did it up royal. I got the Cheeseburger Keto Pizza and my hubby got the 6 meat and cheese I think it was and both were just excellent. This will be a regular stop now when I come to Bixby to deliver a load. read more

This review is for the buffet only. Normally ordering the pizza is great, most of the time. And they have the best Calzone and Stromboli outside of Ken's pizza(see my other review of Ken's )... We'll this was a disappointment, we went to try their Tuesday night Buffett, normally we will go to Ken's pizza but wanted to see if something was closer and we generally like Simple Simons. We walk in and the place is deserted, there is a cover over the lettuce and some half eaten pizza, half an old Calzone and salad bar that looks like it's been half thought of. We take the chance anyway...I chat it up with the manager who I assume is the manager since he's the only guy wearing a company shirt, the guy making pizza is wearing a street shirt and some colorful pajama bottoms...I ask if they are going to put out pasta and the guy says no, I ask if they are going to put out a Stromboli (our favorite) he says they don't put that on the Buffett, I than make a request to maybe refresh what they have and put out a cheese for the kids...he grumbles and walks away...(come on man 6 people just walked in) .the buffet also comes with drinks...we had to ask for cups, he did apologize for forgetting those...oh and the soda machine was out of Dr Pepper carbonation, and wasn't turned on....(but we turned the little key on because I worked at fast food in high school so I didn't want to bug them as they already seemed annoyed we were there)... To the food. They did bring out a cheese and sausage and new Calzone and breadsticks and it was all pretty much a solid 3 on a scale of 1-10...mediocre and not "normal" simple simons pizza quality..they skimped on all the toppings...my kids actually mentioned the oranges tasted funny, I tasted one and ya they were rancid, we let them know and "eye rolls commence"....it's fine we just moved along I didn't want to bug these guys too much from talking in the back and sitting on a chair and eating out of a pizza box.... At the end of the "meal" we asked if they would be putting a dessert pizza out, they advised us "no" I pointed to the fact the menu said it came with dessert pizza on the buffet" the guy looked at me like I had two heads and walked to the back to consult with grumpy guy #2, "it's going to be 15-20 minutes" I said that fine no rush...it did come out, cinnamon sticks with very little cinnamon, very dry and not normal type they serve off the menu. Another customer came in and ordered the Buffett and not once did they add a pizza, the calzone was gone and the poor guy hunted for some leftovers of 6 hungry people...I now know why no one else was eating there and we all agreed we won't be going back for this halfway excuse of a Buffett...they need to just not do it at all if this is what they are going to do. I've loved simple simons forever and I guess I'll just order off the menu and pickup but this Buffett was a bad example of their food if they are trying to showcase it to potential customers who aren't regulars. read more

This is absolutely the worst pizza I've ever eaten. My husband concurs. Thin as paper, no sauce or cheese, and extremely salty. We ordered the jumbo and still weren't full so made some popcorn. I am normally stuffed after 3 slices of pizza. Save yourself the 17 bucks and go elsewhere. read more

Came on Saturday, we had the place to ourselves for a little while. The service was good. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it was very good. Also ordered BBQ chicken wings, they came out a little burnt but was good in flavor. Will order from here again. read more

I would have given zero stars but it was not an option. Placed an order tonight on the Simple Simons website and received confirmation at 5:10 pm. At 5:12 pm we received a call letting us know they were out of jumbo and would we accept two mediums, why yes we will. At 6:20 pm called the location and was told our pizza was coming out of the oven, at 7:00 pm, still no pizza. Called the location and the assistant manager was more worried about not taking any responsibility, told us it was Door Dash. WE DID NOT USE DOOR DASH! Then argued over where we live and now we have no dinner and a RUDE AND IGNORANT assistant manager, we can't get a refund until tomorrow. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It's good that Bixby is growing, maybe we can get somewhere besides this terrible place. They also will not put you in touch with the manager or owner. read more

Great establishment! I've visited this location many times solo & with my family. The new owners have been great and have done many updates. The pizza is always great. I've been in for the buffet for a quick lunch, multiple times. And I've brought my family in for dinner. We've always had a wonderful experience. The food has always come out perfect. read more

When visiting from out of town for the weekend, my family and I dined here and I have to say for the price we paid, the pizza was surprisingly good. The kids loved it (not that that is a big surprise). I however, consider myself a pizza snob and I actually enjoyed it-thoroughly! The service was good and he restaurant was clean. I always judge an establishment by their bathrooms and I was surprised to find them well maintained, again given an inexpensive pizza restaurant. All in all, I'd eat here again when in town and would recommend to friends/family. read more

Don't go. The staff is full of high schoolers, owners let their kids run around and the restaurant is very much like a ghost town even during prime hours. The menu is expensive for the quality you receive. Staff seems lazy and looks lost at times. They had a really good manager(?) who disappeared which was disappointing. Food is ok to good at times and others horrible. I had a great experience the first few times I came here but it's gone downhill since. Food has been undercooked, raw and burnt at times even when it is re made. Pizza is very greasy and bland. But hey at least the veggies are fresh..... Overall I liked this place a lot a long time ago but I'll probably never go again after my recent experience(s). Go to Dominoes or Papa Johns! This is the worst pizza service I've got from them ever and they were so rude about it. I picked up my pizza and half the calizone was meatless and just bread. The large pizza had no sauce or cheese and the meat was burnt. I called back telling them about my pizza problem and she told me someone would call me the next day. What are my three kids suppose to eat for dinner tonight since they ruined my order?!?!?!? The owner called me back and told me I was lying about my messed up pizza.
