They offer private parties rentals. Exercise classes, open play and activities for kids , tweens, adults and senior citizens. Water park available at second location. They had a desk as soon as you walk down to greet you and see if you needed any assistance. We have personally been here a few times for family events or functions. Our kids always have a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoy going back. Our kids also always make friends which is great. There are tons of events such as kids night out, breakfast with Santa, princess dances with dad and much more I highly recommend following them and keeping an eye on all the upcoming events! Rude front desk staff ruined the experience…read more On June 21 around 1 PM, I came to the facility with my sisters, excited to enjoy a swim. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was at capacity--which is completely understandable. What wasn't okay was how the front desk staff spoke to us when we arrived. Instead of simply informing us the pool was full, the woman at the desk said, "Y'all was ready to go swimming, huh?" in a tone that came off sarcastic and dismissive. It felt like we were being mocked for just showing up ready to enjoy the amenities. We didn't cause any trouble--we just wanted to enjoy our day. But that comment and her attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed for no reason. That's not how guests should be treated, especially not when they're following the rules and coming in with good intentions. We ended up going to the outdoor pool instead, but the interaction at the front desk stuck with me. A little professionalism and courtesy would've gone a long way. I hope management seriously considers retraining staff on how to speak to guests respectfully--because this was a major disappointment.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly as usual. They're always great to work with. They showed me how to use the projector in the room and made sure to check in and keep us supplied with ice and trash bags. Why the negative review you might wonder? When it was time to clean up they demanded that we vacuum the room. We've hosted more than 4 events here in the last year and never been told we needed to vacuum in addition to cleaning down the tables and chairs. They wanted us to check out on time with all the extra cleaning demands but didn't have 2 vacuums available- what would they do if 2 groups of folks were checking out at the same time- hold us hostage over a vacuum?! We cleaned the room up better than it was when we checked in! But no one should be asked to do that. Part of the pay for the rental is that they should do the heavy cleaning. We complied with the request but will not rent rooms here anymore. How sad, I really liked this place.
