As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Tony is a 10 month old black puppy so he easily gets hot when taken for long walks in middle of summer day. Tammie uses her judgment and allows him to take his time to get both jobs done and then plays with him/ gives him some love in the AC and refreshes his food and water. Felt so welcome and front desk staff were cheerful and bright. We checked out dog in at location on Alafaya and we met Riley and what a great young staff. He checked our dog in effortlessly (checked our vaccination, meet and greet as well as informed us to download the apps so we can see our puppy on the webcam). Our first dog day care is free after meet and greet. Our puppy was nervous at first but she loves it. We decided to treat our puppy for a spa. The spa package was very reasonable. She got a bath, nail trim, teeth clean and few other services. She smells so fresh and her nails all trimmed. In addition, it was fun to see our puppy on the webcam while we are not with her. My dog is a Pocket Bully, calm, timid, well-socialized, and friendly with other dogs. Even though he is not neutered, he does not mount, jump on, or show aggression toward other dogs, and his timid nature means he is unlikely to initiate conflicts in group settings. I believe he would integrate safely into a daycare environment, but they discriminated and didn't respond is this insurance purposes

Here is why. 1. She loves animals. She has her own pets who are more than well-cared for and she will treat your pet like one of her own. 2. She understands dog behavior. She uses cruelty-free methods of correcting your pet and offers lots of praise when they do something right. She understands that dogs are dogs and let's them do their thing. I go to her first when I have questions about my pup because she is so knowledgeable. 3. She goes the extra mile. If you live downtown she will come and get your pet. If your dog is sick she will take him to the vet. She will check your stove for you when she comes to get ur dog, it's like having a friend you know you can count on. 4. She is completely transparent in her business practices. You can actually come and see where the animals rest, where they play, what toys they use ect. I have been to many doggy daycare centers where they won't let you back to see these areas... um... sketchy? Her space is COMPLETELY puppy-proofed and she watches the pets closely. 5. She is incredibly flexible with special diets, medications, changing feeding schedules, ect. As a rule of thumb she only feeds healthy whole nutrient snacks like carrots and green beans, but if you want your dog to have something special she will follow it. We just had the first day of sitting, and I got emails after every visit with pictures, a list of what was done, and a written summary. It's so nice to have the freedom to leave the house guilt-free, because I trust WPPC to take care of my babies for me. The price is also a great value for the high quality service.
