I was a little nervous For how my dog would do in the evening because she has never slept alone, but Grammy wore her out and she slept all night! We took a trip to universal for 5 days, all the way from Maryland. Trying to find a dog boarding business that would accommodate our late arrival time after our 12 hour road trip was few and far in between..and then I found Grammy! Her existing reviews were already extremely reassuring, and then I reached out with our information to see if it would be feasible. She got back to me immediately and was so patient and flexible with our drop off and pick up times, it was truly so easy to book and set everything up! Fast forward, we get to Grammy's around almost 1 in the morning, after driving for 12 hours with our sweet Cherry Tomato! And wow was I shocked, our girl usually can be a little standoffish with entering new places/going into unfamiliar homes...I don't even think she looked back at us once Grammy was there! She got right out of the car and just went straight on up to Grammy and was greeted by the sweetest woman! We were floored! She was tail wagging straight through the front door and it was so reassuring for us! Grammy also kept us updated with pictures every hour during the days she was there! We got to see all her new friends she made and our Cherry just having the best time! We couldn't recommend Grammy more! Overall 1000000/10 experience and I have never felt more peace of mind leaving my baby with someone new. It's a pretty easy and streamlined process to board your dog here for the day. Once you pay for parking and enter there are signs labeled "kennel" directing you where to drive. The kennel is located in the far corner of the Jaws parking garage on the first floor. You must bring physical copies of all current vaccination records. They require DHPP, rabies, & bordetella. If you don't have the proper proof then there's nothing they can do. They also take a copy of your ID for proof of ownership upon pickup. It's pretty inexpensive at only $15 for the day. Once you check in they have you bring your dog to their designated kennel and set them up with plenty of water. Like others have stated, this is a hands off kennel so the staff does not ever physically interact with your dog. This means you are in charge of making sure they get walked through out the day. That's the only downside because it is a bit of a walk to get to the park from the kennel. You are allowed to leave your car next to the kennel though which was nice. I think this is a great service that the park offers and awesome for people like me who enjoy traveling with their dog.

When we arrived we went to guest services and they asked standard questions like purpose for dog. We were able to also get a quick line pass due to my sons needs and the dog. It is good to note we went on a Thursday so it was a slow park day. The staff at every ride was amazing and kind in explaining how it worked. Every ride has its own kennel cage. We were able to leave him in the dog stroller on some rides and others we just popped him into the cage. He happily sat and waited for us. Because we had the quick line pass he did not have to wait long. The cages are in small rooms or behind curtains at the front of the line. I would recommend anyone nervous about it to trust me when I say your dog will be safe for the small amount of time they have to wait.

She was crate and potty trained immediately, and in the kindest and gentlest way possible. Today, our dog is well-behaved, social with humans and other dogs, and so well adjusted from continuing to go to Doglando two to three times a week. Run, don't walk, to join in!

Communication was consistently poor. We struggled to get clear answers, confirm arrangements, and establish reliable communication regarding our puppy's transportation. At one point, a customer service representative informed us that the person handling our arrangements hadn't even entered all the necessary information into their system. For a company entrusted with transporting people's pets, I would expect a much higher level of professionalism, organization, and communication. We were making arrangements around a breeder's schedule, airline travel, and the care of a very young puppy. Having to repeatedly seek clarification and follow up on basic details was frustrating and concerning. Ultimately, we lost confidence in the arrangements and decided to fly to Illinois ourselves to bring our puppy home. Transporting a pet requires an enormous amount of trust. Unfortunately, our experience with Blue Collar Pet Transport did not inspire that trust. I would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to make sure every detail is confirmed and documented before relying on their transportation arrangements.
