My husband went to the store immediately because he noticed that she added Home Tech protection Services to the account without our authorization. She stated that was included in the new account. My new unlocked iPhone 16 Pro arrived from Apple last evening. The option to transfer my esim (iPhone to iPhone) did not function and after 2 hours on the phone with Apple last night, they conceded AT&T would have to do this. It was far from as simple as Apple would have you believe in their commercials. It was necessary to do this at an AT&T store, having to present my photo id and both iPhones (I have a normal plan which I can cancel anytime.). Leonardo transferred the esim in under 10 minutes! There were no extra fees and my plan remains exactly the same. Great customer service and great experience today!
