I arrived at the store about 15 minutes before opening time, planning to just hang around outside & Leonardo had me come inside! My new unlocked iPhone 16 Pro arrived from Apple last evening. The option to transfer my esim (iPhone to iPhone) did not function and after 2 hours on the phone with Apple last night, they conceded AT&T would have to do this. It was far from as simple as Apple would have you believe in their commercials. It was necessary to do this at an AT&T store, having to present my photo id and both iPhones (I have a normal plan which I can cancel anytime.). Leonardo transferred the esim in under 10 minutes! There were no extra fees and my plan remains exactly the same. Great customer service and great experience today! read more

The manager Manuela is very helpful amd hands on. The other employees are also extremely professional and helpful and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in and greet you very politely. Although I don't generally like AT&T as a corporation, these individuals are committed to customer service and prompt service for the customers that do visit the store. The staff was busy munching on snacks and chatting. The clerk barely spoke English and soft so softly, it was nearly impossible to hear him. Eventually, another person came by to assist but was equally annoyed capable. After 20 minutes I gave up. I'm never going back. read more

This is the absolute worst AT&T store. The employees are completely incompetent and unhelpful and they blast Spanish music so loud inside you can't even hear yourself think. The employee named CJ screwed my father over when purchasing his new Apple Watch. We made it very clear we wanted to finance part of the price on the watch and CJ assured us we could do that, he said we just had to pay the taxes for them to order the watch and once it arrived we would pay the rest of the balance minus what we wanted to finance. First of all, they shipped the watch to OUR HOUSE so if we weren't honest people we could have kept the watch for free but we took it to the store and told them we needed to finish paying for it. Surprise surprise a different employee was working and informed us that CJ made a mistake and the amount we wanted to finance should have been entered into the system BEFORE they ordered the watch so we were stuck paying the entire amount up front or to go through the whole process again (no thank you). I would be willing to make the hour drive up to a Miami store to avoid ever having to deal with these people again. Avoid this location if you can. read more
