Your office is the one that said my dad needed a power of attorney in place an order for you to perform the service. Are you unaware of how your office operates? Why would she ask me if I had one in place and said that one was required if you won't even accept that? Did she just make it up to try to get me off the phone? It's a little insulting for you to make the judgment that my father needs to see his primary care physician to perform the service when we've had it done multiple times by other companies and no issue. It would've been fine for you just to say that it's against your policy but you took it a step further to say we shouldn't be using services like this without fully understanding our situation. First I'd like to say the nurse that came, Kristen definitely made my experience 100x better. Im on vacation, here for Disney Land, As I get infusions at home and labs often I have never had anyone access my rolly, difficult veins as easily and quick as she does, usually I have nurses try multiple spots before they successfully get one.
