He lied several times And then figured out a way to dismiss us and our feelings during a consultation for my grandmother they're overpriced for what they're offering. I can't believe they're even allowed to treat people like that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In fact I feel as if they should be shut down. We decided that we didn't want service there because how unprofessional and the way they treated us and the ones we lost. Don't even waste your time by inquiring. It's a horrible place.

Well, we're worried about our love when passing away she told us don't forget that we're all gonna die. Was her exact words. i'm disgusted with this business tactic. During the whole meeting, she kept asking us for payment and we said we haven't made a decision yet and we are not the family members that are paying. We just wanted to look around to see what our options are and she must've mentioned five or six times for us to take out our credit card checks or cash and we kept saying we're not the ones paying for this service. First they had his birth date and his date of death wrong on the paperwork. They tried to blame thier people that picked him up from the hospital. But I received that paper in an email from the hospital and everything was right on it. Then I was asked if I'd like a call on the day he was to be cremated. At first I said no. Then said yes I would like a call. They asked several times and I said yes every time. I never received that call. On his memorial page again they had his birth date and date of death wrong. I had to call so they could update it. I was also told it would be about 10 business days barring any unforeseen problems. It was 14 days. With no call to explain any delays. I have recommended Simple Cremation several times in the past but will not do so going forward. I was so disappointed with the whole experience. I know I'm probably just one person but this was my husband. Someone I spent 40 years with.
